you got yourself a sub my friend. Thanks for posting this, really informative and helpful. Takes some of the terror out of servicing an A/T to be able to watch you do it first. My shifter seals are leaking and the filter needs changed, I was dreading it but now I feel like it'll be no problem.
Thanks for posting this video. Watched this video while drinking my morning coffee then tackled doing the seals on my 1972 C6 that've been slowly leaking for years.
Thanks for this explanation! Particularly the section on how to get the park pawl back into place and then how to get the kickdown lever seated properly in the valve body.
Thank you for a very good detailed video! I am only replacing the inside filter and putting on a new lube locker gasket. Not draining the torgue converter of the two qts of approx fluid so looking at like 8 qts after start up/warmup of fluid, will top off if needed. Don't forget, the C-6 uses "F" type. Thanks again for sharing. Cheers from Motown.
Not bad for one hand holding a camera! I'm going to be changing out seals in my 1970 F100/C6 in a couple weeks and was looking for some good reference. I'm tired of cleaning drip pans. Thanks!
