you got yourself a sub my friend. Thanks for posting this, really informative and helpful. Takes some of the terror out of servicing an A/T to be able to watch you do it first. My shifter seals are leaking and the filter needs changed, I was dreading it but now I feel like it'll be no problem.

Thank you for a very good detailed video! I am only replacing the inside filter and putting on a new lube locker gasket. Not draining the torgue converter of the two qts of approx fluid so looking at like 8 qts after start up/warmup of fluid, will top off if needed. Don't forget, the C-6 uses "F" type. I have a question about my piston placement on my filter mine seems to go more forward to the front of the truck than yours does it matter

I know you’re doing a C6, but I,ve got a C4 and I was wondering if the rear output shaft at the Governor is supposed to have movement. Thanks

That stupid seal ,,,just yse the 7 / 8 wrench as a pry tool viola 😀
