I got delivery of Ecosport S Ecoboost on 14th Dec. And driven 400km. Got 21km/l (with light foot mostly highway run) Amazing performance. It doesn't feel like petrol pick up wise,. And no noise as well. So refined. Love it . And mosly it's linear. No turbo lag at all... In short diesel performance with no noise and good mileage with great fun to drive experience!!!!

Hi, Am planning to buy Ford Ecosport Titanium S Diesel, Internet is flooded with the hard clutch issues of the Diesel engine be it Figo, Freesty or Ecosport This is the only thing stopping me to go ahead. I Live in Bangalore, Bumper to Bumper traffic is always there, My 90% Drive will be in City, 70 to 80KMs per day i travel in city I mean to say Clutch usage will be more Has Ford Solved the Hard Clutch issue in BS6 2020......? Request you to please help as "This will be the first car in our family"
Should compare this with the Nexon Petrol which is a turbo petrol 1.2 with 110Ps at a lower 5000rpm n same torque with similar flat torque curve.. both have similar weight too..
Low profile 17inch tires, stiff suspension & ever diminishing quality of Indian roads coupled with concretisation of them...why can’t car manufacturers learn from Tata or Renault on how to make suspension systems that will give a good ride coupled with good handling....how many ecosport buyers are going to be on a smooth surface curvy highway everyday...excellent vehicle, but can’t think of buying this with the current Pune road conditions
its turbocharged, better than 1.5 litre dragon engine and surprisingly very low CO2 emission than normal petrol engines, if you really care about the environment you will love it..
