Hello yes there should be small bulbs which are replacable. Brake light on could be a problem with the cluster which is common, but it could also point towards braking system problems. Have brakes inspected and check brake fluid level before taking cluster for repair
Two flexure clip arms on either side. One to left of and one to right of (actually right next to the wire going to shift lever) Just pinch together and gently slide down and out of your way.

Probably better to replace the whole cluster. I believe the screen will be soldered to the main board and again if the screen is not working who knows if the problem is with the screen or somewhere on the board. There are guys / shops who actually fix clusters, that might be an option for you
No it will work , but if you replace instrument cluster with a used one, it will show the mileage the used one had. So if you want correct mileage to be shown, then yes it will have to be programmed either by a dealer or specialized shop
