I believe that you got upgraded front shocks cause that is what I am looking into seeing if I want to spend the money on those. Normally the front doesn’t come with struts, it comes with strut spacers
Are you going to add any vent visors or hood protector to that truck? I think it would look awesome. I have a 2009 f150 I just ordered avs low profile ventvisors and hood protector both matte black. Nice truck too.
Curious. I’m probably gonna buy a 2013-14 platinum in a couple months. The goal is 6 inch lift 35s by 20 I’m wonder if -44 is doable. I know on the newer ones you can but idk about this year.
How tall is the truck now? I’m considering a 6 inch BDS lift. I’ve already got a level kit on my 2013 3.5 Supercrew 150 and 35 inch tires, sitting right around 78”. But my garage is 83”. Wondering if when I remove the 2 inch spacer and install the lift if I’ll be
I’ve got the same truck and looking to do the same specs. How’s the rough country holding up now? I’de like to save but everyone seems to be pushing BDS lifts now.
Nice truck. I have the same one 2014 getting it lifted today 6in.. hopefully it looks as good as yours. I got 20x10 havok wheels and nitto 35s to go with it as well.
Thank you for the video. Any chance you would make another video with views all the way around and at a slightly greater distance? I have a 2013 Platinum / 3.5 EcoBoost / 3.73 gears / trailer mirrors / sterling grey / pecan interior. I’ve been looking at the same setup for about a year. The only thing I’ve been bouncing back and forth on are the tires. I like aggressive mud tires looks but I hate the noise... so as you indicated....... it’s darn hard to beat the Ridge Grapplers. Would you also consider making a video as you drive with the windows up and windows open? I know, that takes a lot of time but, it sure would be greatly appreciated. Again thanks for the post and great job on the truck, it looks very clean and for a lifted truck it’s probably as close to practical as you can get
@@josiahpaul6199 no. I ended up selling it one of my sub contractors for a work truck. I saw him with it last week at lunch and it has about 120,000 miles. No problems he said.
look very good luv the lift .... so now i know what lift kit to buy for my F150 .... i got 28" rims going on my truck with 37" tires ...i want my truck to sit just like yours thanks bruh
The back looks lower than the front. Is that just the computer playing tricks on my eyes? If not, how would you make the front 2 inches lower but keep the back the same
Hey Brotha, what is the model number on this lift for Rough Country. Having a tough time finding the one that would fit my 2012 fx4. Love the look of your truck! Do you find it high enough?
Hardy prinz , my opinion is it’s perfect height. For me trucks can have to much or not enough but this one was perfect. Here’s the link. www.roughcountry.com/ford-suspension-lift-kit-558c.html?find=2013-ford-f-150-4wd-375096
Awesome man,Thanks a million. And glad to hear that about the height,i feel the same just have pondering over an 8" or 6" but this looks really nice and not over the top.
Honestly I can’t compare to other lifts because I’ve owned six lifted trucks and all of them had Rough Country lifts. I will say this that on every single truck I have lifted the ride never changed from factory. I just put a 6 inch rough country lift on my 2018 F250 and it might just be me but I think it rides better than it did factory.
