Looks awesome. Just one question : I see on the box it says 80w. Wouldn't the wiring melt because it's more than the standard 55w bulbs?

Let us know if there are heat problems with these bulbs, I know some of them rely on fans or wire braid heat sinks these don't have them. The heat problem is always what I worry about otherwise I'd probably have them in the ST already ! Love the videos keep them coming!

These are the F16 Auxbeam and do have a fan. Have they burnt out yet? They need to draw cool air and the rubber seal prevents that!

The cars that have LED from the factory have projector housings. Having a reflector housing like yours, more light is scattered and not properly reflected down road. You may have a lot more light from the driver's seat. But oncoming traffic as well as traffic ahead nite not appreciate the extra light in their eyes.

Yeah. You must at least have the projectors to avoid dazzling! And automatic height adjustment to be lawful.

The LED's can work well in newer cars. The only problem is with older reflectors designed for the small point light source of the halogen filaments. The LED emitters (especially COB types) are a larger light source which gives a less focused beam pattern. I am still fiddling with LED's, trying to get a good enough focus in my 2001 Ranger. For me, the halogens are better.

hi mate I have ford mondeo titanium x problem with till find problems was connection make good clean and make sure right on end till will be clips remember if you have multifunction light and get new headlight make sure got that system swell is 2 type

Just installed some of these on my Fiesta ST, and the beam pattern is terrible. If you look on the wall, the stock headlight has that nice cut off, and it won't blind anyone. The LED one though is way too high, and doesn't have that fine cut off like it should. They're bright as can be, but are awful to be on the other side. I'll be returning mine. They're great on my ex's Prius though. Just our housings can't use them properly.

hi I have a question, I have a 2016 ford focus. the Fiesta and the focus is pretty similar when it comes to the housing. now the LED lights have a fan built in. would I need to poke holes on the rubber cover or its OK if it's sealed in the housing. thank you in advance

real9777 no they are not. That are totally different. Use one with a heat sink strip. The focus you can’t change the blinker out. Can’t find a vid anywhere!!!! But CHANGE YOUR HOUSING TO A PROJECTOR STYLE LENS!!!

They're not H11. they're either H4 or H7. H11 are usually front fog light bulbs.

H11 are usually front fog light bulbs.

No one ever shows the passenger side bulb in I bet they couldn't get it to fit. I have tried three different LED bulbs none of them fit on that side.

No need to do a projector retrofit, just aim them down to match the other side.

You are able to use these bulbs inside reflector headlights, but you must adjust the headlights down after installation. Most people don't have a clue how to adjust the headlights on their particular vehicle and they have lights that shine all over the place. I'd like to go bust headlights out with a hammer when I see how morons drive with headlights out of adjusted sometimes.

That beam pattern on the LED is so high and too many hotspots, Those will dazzle oncoming traffic coming the other way! It’s all over the place! LED bulbs will work better if they are in a projector headlamps

Brighter but the light pattern of the led bulb was awful, you will blind oncoming trafic.My guess half of the light is scatter upwards instead of down on to the road as intended.

Should be scattered down and to the right if you drive a left handed vehicle.

This is why I use them in a projector and not a reflector due to out of focus and sends the light everywhere causing dazzling oncoming traffic

This amateur has no idea what he is doing. These LEDs need room to breathe as there is a heat sink and fan on the back end.

Tbh I understand what you are trying to achieve but thumbs-down because you'll blind drivers and in the UK your conversion is illegal, if you don't have headlamp washers and automatic leveling - specifically to keep your lenses clean and completely stop dazzling other drivers like an inconsiderate person, I'm sorry to say x
