Revision of the Fiesta ST Line, the Fiesta ST Line was in fact the my very first car review. I hope you enjoy the new and improved version. Do you agree? :)

Glad you enjoy the car. The 140HP version has all the power you need in that engine. Is your 3 or 5 door?

Hi mate sorry for calling you out you might want to check where the in the turbo is because it isn’t in the air box, other than that great video

A much better review. The ST-Line suspension is significantly stiffer than the other "standard" Fiestas, giving better handling, but a harder ride (which I prefer, but others may not). I get around 44 mpg for my 125ps version, which is mainly urban driving. I get what you mean about it being close to the ST (they should have called it "S" or "Sport"), but it's good if you just want a slightly sportier shopping car. N.B. the spare wheel (which I always have) is £150 extra, but some versions (sunroof & B&O) can't take it.

Thanks for the info. I found the price difference between the ST and ST-Line was pretty close, especially when you add options to ST Line that I really thought that the ST was better value. Everyone buys a car on different criteria. Someone who needs small eco car would find better value in a titanium line. Especially as £ for £ you get more kit in a titanium for same money as ST Line. I really liked the car I drove, 125HP like the one you own. It is definitely up their as one of my favourite cars for every day use. Driven them in all sorts of road and weather conditions with a beaming smile every single time. Same is not true for lower lines tho.

Ford have hidden them below what you can see in the engine bay. I should have circled the whole engine n said it is in there somewhere.

@@HMCarReviews The turbo was under that heat shield right at the front of the engine. The Turbo will always be found just off the exhaust manifold.

Love the cars but slightly over priced in my opinion. Another great review - what’s next?

Thank you for your comment. Whilst there are of course cheaper alternatives out there the Fiesta still remains the most bought car in Britain. I have filmed and I30 but I have a few other cars to do that may get uploaded first.

On the front yes, the electric windows is an optional extra on the rears tho. Ive specced one up recently and found it on Fords build your own.

@@HMCarReviews then I suppose it is different in different countries. I ordered one in Greece (hasn't arrived yet) and they are standar. as are the rear disc brakes which are now also standar in all turbocharged/6 speed trims, and as I mentioned the non automatic a/c is now gone. electronic climate control is standar all around

Maybe it is different in different countries. I specced mine in the UK site. Ford have changed a few things around. There is a blue paint (can’t remember the pain name) that is no longer available. It is the blue colour of my original Fiesta review

Hy, Nice video. Its a good semi sporty to 2019? Best than new Peugeot and Clio? Whatss the engine song? And the optional full led is great?
@HMCarReviews
@HMCarReviews 5 лет назад
Hi thank you watching and I love your comment. I think the Fiesta is better than the rivals from peugeot and renault. I have driven both the 208 and the Clio (tho not the GTi and RS versions) and found the Fiesta to be much better. I am not quite sure what the other two questions are. Can you explain further what you mean?
@foxmix8519
@foxmix8519 5 лет назад
@@HMCarReviews thanks for help, I think the same. I ask you about the sound of system, have a god sound the engine? And the full LED's is a essential extra or doesn t worth the money? You win a new subscriver thanks
@HMCarReviews
@HMCarReviews 5 лет назад
Thank you for clarifying your questions, I hope these answers help you. You can upgrade to a Bang & Olufsen speaker system, £450 for the speakers or £1000 with navigation included, there is a difference in quality but for me personally not enough to fork out extra for. The engine is not particularly loud, you do get engine vibration at low speeds in 4th (town driving) then at higher speeds the car doesn't make any fancy sounding engine note and certainly no back popping. The LEDs are a £600 option. The look better and shine brighter and cost hell of a lot to replace, though they do last longer. Most halogen bulbs provide perfectly adequate visibility and last a few years before needing to be replaced depending on how much night driving you actually do.

@@HMCarReviews Thanks a lot for the help . I thought the full led and the B & O system were essential, they are expensive, but the LEDs are in fashion nowadays. Is your version 100 hp or is it 140 hp? say the 140 version sounds great and even has the sound of the turbo. Thanks again, help a lot
@HMCarReviews
@HMCarReviews 5 лет назад
This was 125 hp version. They all the same engine and turbo size. The only way I coupd tell the difference between the 3 is that the 140 HP one feels quicker than they other two. They are just mapped differently. The B&O and LEDs are not essential. They are just optional extras.

i am searching for my new car and I ended up between ford fiesta 1.0 125 st line and peugeot 1.2 208 allure plus,what is your choice and opinion?
@HMCarReviews
@HMCarReviews 4 года назад
Thank you for watching and taking your time to comment. I have far more experience with the Fiesta over the 208 and only have the prefaced lift 208 for comparison. The Fiesta in all trim levels is fun to drive, well equipped and looks great. The 208 has a tiny steering wheel and a weird handbrake handle, it is big clunky, takes some getting used to. Though a brand new one probably has an electric handbrake. Haven't driven one yet so can't give accurate info there. I do have experiences in other brand new Peugeots, the engine start/stop system will be hidden in the infotainment screen under car settings instead of a nice and easy button to turn it off like it the Ford However I know a long term owner who is very happy with hers and she has had one for nearly 5 years. I'm guessing both choices have touch screen infotainment. Something that you will use frequently. Visually the Fiestas is much easier to use especially if you like changing the radio frequently. if you are looking for brand new cars and are considering a brand new 208, take a look at the new Corsa, They are pretty much the same car with minor styling differences and may be slightly cheaper. Overall I edge towards the Ford but I would recommend taking them out for a test drive and feel which one you like the best.

@@HMCarReviews I've driven both but I'm more confused! The Peugeot looks perfect inside and out! The fiesta as many say is the best on the road but apparently second come I think 🤔! I find them in the same money here in my country Greece ! 😏
