There is no maintenance on CV Joints as the rubber boots are sealed, the only time they need replacing is when the rubber boots tear or crack due to age, when torn or cracked the grease leaks out and results in dirt and grit going into the joint and causing wear. So when your car goes for servicing the CV Boots (inner and outer) should be checked, if torn it should be replaced immediately. As far as suspension goes, modern cars do not have grease nipples on the ball joints and tie rod ends as in the earlier model cars, so no maintenance there, except visual checks for play and wear when servicing.
