Maybe I should have broken this down into smaller video for each section...
What is listed here is current as of my video recording. As time moves forward Ford may update part numbers.
The hub bearing part# is BT4Z-1104-B same for both front and rear.
The bolt part#'s:
The fronts -W714331-S439
The rears - W714333-S439
They are torqued to 98 lb-ft in a CROSS PATTERN!!
Cv Axle 13:15
Its part number is DG1Z-3B437-F. Newest part number. (WITH TURBO & AWD!!!)
Careful when pullin gout that axel as transmission fluid wil come out.
30:00 The inner tie rod comes as a kit, its part# is DG1Z-3280-A
EPAS power steering- The inner tie rod is torqued to 66 lb-ft
HYDRAULIC power steering- The inner tie rod is torqued to 77 lb-ft
And in case your curious- the jam nut is torqued to 46 lb-ft
The outer tie rod part # is 9G1Z-3A130-A- The outer tie rod nut is torqued to 111 lb-ft. It is a nylon nut and should be replaced!
The front knuckles (should you choose to replace them) part number is
Left side is AA5Z-3K186-A
Right side is AA5Z-3K185-A
The torque values for the nuts are as follows:
Strut to knuckle flag bolt &- torqued to 129 lb-ft (This is a stretch bolt and it is recommended to replace with a new bolt and nut!!!)
The lower control arm nut- torqued to 148 lb-ft.
If you removed your control arm like I did- to break the knuckle from the control arm
The lower control arm forward bolt is torqued to 136 lb-ft
The rear bushing bolts & nuts are torqued to 73 lb-ft

Left knuckle is AG1Z-5B758-C
Right knuckle is AG1Z-5B759-C
Rear Knuckle upper bushing:
Dorman Rear Upper Position Knuckle Spherical Bushing
The torque values for the nuts are as follows:
The upper control arm wheel to knuckle nut is torqued to 148 lb-ft. (Remember this is pushed in for maximum negative camber adjustment)
The lower control arm wheel to knuckle nut is torqued to 196 lb-ft
The trailing arm is torqued to 66 lb-ft
The shock absorber lower bolt is torqued to 129 lb-ft
The toe link to knuckle to nut is torqued to 59 lb-ft
The axle nut is TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW NUT WHEN THE OLD ONE IS REMOVED!!!
Torqued to 258 lb-ft WITH OUT THE VEHICLE ON THE GROUND!!!
