8:54 Thank you. The resistor can be tested using an ohmmeter. You have to set it to dc volt and put the black and red pins on the resistor connector. After that turn on the ignition and put the ac dial to 1-2-3-4, If there is power, the resistor will read on the ohmmeter. If there is no power, it will mean that the resistor is bad.
