Brake squeaking noise reasons :
1) Worn pads begin to scratch the brake disc with a metal indicator.
2) Brake pads Glazing after overheating.
3) Brake dust and other road and brake particles stuck in brake system.
I thought we'd need new pads, but we ended up cleaning the brake pads and calipers.
I would recommend doing this for both axes.
