great video...really clear on how to change the pads and showing the torque setting for the slider pins and the tools needed is really helpful thanx

Some recommend pushing the piston back with the bleed nipple open using a suitable tube and container. This will push the old fluid out of the system but also with some vehicles forcing the fluid back into the reservoir can damage the ABS actuator valves (I think this was recommended on the C-Max Diesel IIRC) However, I have never had any issues in pushing fluid back into the reservoir using the method above...just remember to check the reservoir afterwards and during to make sure there isn't too much fluid. Some garages like to add fluid when it is a low (but still above minimum) and then forgetting about pad changes

Difficult to follow what's going on on screen when you have to read the subtitles. At one point the subtitles change so quickly that there is no way your can read them without pausing. Voiceover would be very beneficial from this perspective.

Don't they need bleeding after considering the pistons have been pushed back?

Pushing the pistons back doesn't introduce any air so no. However, it's a good idea to because the quality of the fluid that's been pushed into the system from the pistons is crappy due to heat cycles and moisture. Re bleeding will flush through some fresh clean fluid.
