I just finished this kit. When I began to put the body over the chassis, the windows, including the windshield, popped out. So much for using small amounts of glue on glass. The body absolutely did not want to fit over the interior. The luggage boxes were in the way, or the radiator was in the way. It didn't fit! Broke off the luggage boxes, and it went together. Looks terrible. Maybe I'll get lucky and have my eye surgeries be successful and do the next one better. (I bought 2!)

I was so close to finishing mine but every time i tried to get the body to go on the chassis all of the front suspension would keep coming off and it got on my nerves so i smashed the hell out of it.

What did you do fir the decals? I just tried putting one on and it didn't want to adhere to anything

Very very nice build. I just ordered one. Did the phot etch parts for the rear come wit it or you order from somewhere else? I built the '68 GT and couldn't find them anywhere

What glue do you use to stick the windows onto the body?
