My WW2 grandfather would've loved that bench! From the time I could remember he had his big Ford truck to pull his huge camper for my grandmother and him to travel the US every year for vacation. I miss him A LOT!
Again, so nice of you to feed the cows...The Ford bench reminds me of my dad...He had multiple expensive vehicles...but enjoyed his pickup trucks best. :)
That is so cool. I think when I have to put my 24 yr old truck out to pasture I will do his tailgate like this. It was a year old when I got him. He has never left me stranded, just been a great truck. Nothing major has broke on him. Over 200,000 miles and still going strong. Friends who has borrowed him to move has said he drives like a new truck. Maintenance people maintenance. Keep up with oil changes etc n your vehicle will last. Mine is a 1997 Ford F-150 extended cab v8. Plus for a v-8 he gets great gas mileage. Toodles debs from Texas
I saw a bench with a Ford tailgate, but it sold before I could get it. I am still hoping to get one. You need to buy a Halo charger. It is small but does the job jump starting.
Next time you need a jump bypass the battery, put the positive and negative on the running vehicle to positive on the dead vehicle with the ground to the dead vehicles chassis.

It seemed to work well for many years. But i haven't seen any reviews or comparisons. It would be really interesting to see what you have found, or used
Danish oil is the best. Good luck opening it once it's been used , If the lid is stuck on use an old timey can opener poor un used contents into a glass jar with an air tight lid!
