1. Mr ford...your ability to communicate these ideas has improved dramatically. Just wanted to say that. 2. Uh...where the companion video promised on the nuts and bolts of the rhythm? (I could prob figure it out from this vid...but then that would be less FORD!!!). 3. LOVE IT!
I never heard ford thurston play a bad note is there's a limit about this guy capabilities it's not fair 😄 i love the show by the way very entertaining i have to watch it a couple of times more cheers Brett and ford all the best ! 🇵🇭
Thanks man! Glad you liked the vid! The answer to your question is no he never really hits a bad not haha! And yes its totally not fair! However he does practice all day long though if that makes you feel any better 😂
Two of my favorite guitarists who I first learned about on RU-vid! Ford is a monster player ,great video Brett.Love you Guys Merci pour la belle Leçon et le Bonjour de France.
Brett, I have a question for you about Eddie Van Halen and why he plays chords that you have to stretch your fingers for four or five frets. What is the reason or differences between those and a chord that is more tight?
Ford and Guthrie Trapp are amazing guitar players. Brett is a great player and a great teacher. Those guys should listen and appreciate his teaching chops. The old saying ( If they ain't learning, you ain't teaching).
Thank you P. Stache & Mr Thurston for this easy to follow breakdown! Sooo great. Much of this is instantly usable on so many levels. If you are a beginner blues player or very advance. There is much to "Barrow" from in this lesson! Ha!
Sir I am Gujar from India struggling to learn guitar. I am watching your lesson and trying to learn but some strumming problem. Can you help me.Your group artist communication is very appreciative . IT is surprising when video watching. I am very happy with your company for learning.. please help me to learn guitar. Jai Great Yeshubaba and his blessings to me and my family and your whole country. 🙏🇳🇪
so you are playing d pentatnoic over d7 and e pentatonic over e7 or are you staying in A pentatonic and just switching postions? if he first then you ue the same shapes in each position? but then wont you be playing notes outside the key if switching scales?
@ford thurston what's the story on the 335? any of the newer ones that you're really digging these days? I want to find a great one, but I'm not seeing them as available as your lp, strats, teles, etc. Little harder to track down where I'm at. Cheers man.
Haha! I know! I am actually working up some Hendrix tunes now! I just need to stop all the interviews for a bit so I have some time! But they are so fun to do its hard to stop!

Not a bad lead player either! Great stuff. I appreciate you referring to people as boys and girls and ladies and gentlemen. I tire of the 'You guys" from almost everyone these days.
