Those striper set it off really well in that colour. It looks a little odd without the bit above the windscreen, but that isn't important. Great work as usual
Wasn't to sure of stripes' until I saw the van completed & to be honest it does look good & considering you've never done this before, give yourself a pat on the back, well done. By the way, I like the new intro music...
Great job on the van 👍. To be honest I wasn’t sure about the stripe when you mentioned it last week…… however… I sorta like it. With the back stripe … near the number plate, have seen guys heat the stripe up with a heat gun which gives it a bit more flex and helps mould it into shape. Also a little soapy water on the panel helps manoeuvre it into place and helps to get the bubbles out. Hope that helps a little 👍 Still loving your work and your have a go attitude, keep it up 👍
Not a fan of stripes but when I’ve done them on a 500 although they are obviously sticky you spray soapy water on and it allows you to move them around and easily get the bubbles out.
Mark how to spoil a perfectly good paint job, with the colour of that van it did not need those stripes, front lo ok ok but the backs look totally out of place, never mind each to their own.Have to say Mark you did an ok job of fitting them and you have done a good job on the rebuild but i think those stripes have taken the edge of the job.
Ya done a great job on this Mark, did ya tot up the hours spent on it or did ya just charge him to do job? don't like stripes cus the van looks smart without, i would love one of these in this colour
Hi, Has your intro gone into slow mode ?, lovely looking van, I agree front looks better than the back but like you said its not your every day thing to do so well done having a go 👍👍
