Ford Transit Fuel Pump Replacement
In this video I have a 2020 ford transit with a fuel level sender issue. Another tech recently replaced fuel pump and now the fuel gauge stays low. I will show you how to remove this fuel tank and the fuel pump. These Transits are common to be up fitted and in this video this one is up fitted with a auxiliary fuel line feeding a generator. Let's get started.

Thank you very much. Funny thing about this job was that I was going in after another tech replaced the fuel pump. During the repair found out he put the sender on the wrong side of pick for generator causing it to not move. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for putting this together. I have a 2015 ford transit gasoline and I saw some rubber pieces in the tank, i’ve read that these vehicles don’t have a fuel filter, do you know how the fuel pump prevents itself from being blocked by debris in the fuel?
