Hello Miss Dorcas, thanks for promoting our beloved Philippines. You look awesome.

The reason why some of the guys took Marine Engineering or Transportation is because the Philippines as far as I know is the biggest supplier of seafarers / seamen in the world and they've already earned a good reputation among international shipping companies. Earning a similar degree that a lot of our seafarers took will give them a good chance of landing a job on a ship and earn in foreign currency. Other than that tuition fees and living cost in the Philippines is much lower compared to other countries where the medium of instruction is English.

Your channel is so fricking wholesome. I'm so glad I found it. Thank you. We love learning their insights so we know how to make the country better.

East Asian youths like Cebu over Manila because of the World Oldest Taoist Temple is located in Cebu City itself. There are only 3 existing Oldest Temples in the World, one in Cebu City, one in China and one in Indonesia.
