@@neeraj2856 abey to video ke kab bola ki delhi ke representation dikhayenge ye. Inhone to bas indian breakfast bola, aur aise restaurants hain jaha ye breakfast milta hai
@@sachitmalik6541 I don't think or believe that this show is designed to convey what our ancestors used to eat. So, you're kinda dumb to overthink this so much just to comment that I am wrong.
Nobody really starts a day in india with all this. They eat sprouts, poha, idli, aloo paratha, roti n tea, bread butter, sandwich, vermicelli, boiled black grams, bottle gaurd boiled, juices, fruits, milk, cornflakes, almonds, various kinds of namkeen pancakes, rusk, biscuits, sweet daliya, daliya porridge, poori+samosa+ bhature+Parantha+khasta comes last in list.
I eat paratha and milk in breakfast, sometimes paneer, aloo and different parathas.. my break fast is heavy and then it goes lighter as the day passes.. I sometimes eat chole bhature for brunch like at 11:30 12 pm
Come to north India..... 1st option of breakfast is paratha poori chhole halwa potato curry bhature.... Not last.....agreed your options are 1st options in many parts of the country too.... Depends onn which part of India one belongs to
And I think no one eats chicken for breakfast....I never had chole or puri bhaji for breakfast... it's too heavy....poha upma shira, idli dosa or thalipith appe parathe...these are actual breakfast dishes
Poori Bhaji or choley poori ,poori always, kachori bhaji, kachori bhaji is a very common breakfast in northern states like UP and Rajasthan etc. So yes it is breakfast , you would rarely find Poha , upma, appe etc. In northern states except as a special breakfast but not a common usual one. IDLY for sure has now become common across India as a breakfast as it's cheap and healthy. This is more north indian breakfast dishes than pan India.
Don't try west India Lentil curry.. I would suggest the chickpea curry (Kadhi) PS I'm a gujju and I personally hate that sweet flavour in lentil curry..
Let me tell you something guys,, people often think that they should eat light breakfast but in actual we should eat full stomach in breakfast bec after morning we does a lot of work. Nd we should eat light dinner. Spicy food depends on the people, if they can handle it then it's fine otherwise go with less spicy nd plain dish in the morning. Spicy food should be kept for lunch mostly
Guys, when you allready know that mostly foreigner guys can't eat spicy. When you cooking food for them then you should must adjust the test of spicy little bit lower.
I guess the weather had specific role on food n culture for ppl , indian food is generally spicy may b coz the weather demands it , sweating cools one down , while the western n cold weather places have more sugar / sweet based food may b to give instant energy to survive the cold , sugar= glucose = energy
Yeah guys.. We, here in India have a heavy breakfast to start the day and then a light lunch n a medium heavy dinner.... It's good to start a day with heavy eat bcoz we work the whole day long, so to maintain energy ⚡
This all food are more prominent in north India , next time give them a south Indian breakfast treat , btw nice video , hope i will see them trying more indian things in future
I was shocked to see Nalli Nihari, C'mon I know some people eat it for breakfast, but not the average junta. You might as well make them eat Bheja fry then....
@@greenmachine5600 Nope. Typically they are eaten for dinner or Lunch! Dinner mostly. Usually, you will see restaurants and small hotels preparing for paratha in the afternoon!
As a South Indian totally surprised by some of the breakfast items , especially Nihari and Naan, which , besides being Non-Vegetarian for a morning item (excepting egg dishes), generally are had for Lunch and Dinner. Also, the other items seem all a North Indian. Poori in South India is had with Potato Bhaji a semi gravy potato dish
You got the breakfast all wrong, people eat Idli, Dosa, Alu Parantha, Poha. The only thing right in that breakfast was halwa puri. How dare you miss the legendary Dosa...
No one eat halwa poori in breakfast it occasionally cooked Indians have adapted healthy lifestyle even in north people prefer to eat poha oats porridge sandwich idli uppma in breakfast sometimes in dinner
we are going for pancakes and omletes breakfast adapting foreign cultures.. but foreigners are just enjoying our food ,,, and the way we cook food and the spice mix.. again we are masters in mixing the spices..
People are saying that these products are not eaten at breakfast but it's not true. Certain parts in India sell them. The nilhari naan is sold in old Delhi
Come on guys nobody eats these foods as breakfasts daily 😂😂its an occasional thing ,agr roz nashte me khaane wale simple khane khilaye hote to mza aata
Najib is levelheaded and sensible. He Can be a good food critic. My point is that to judge something accurately one must position himself at ground zero. This guy meets the criteria well. Others in the show are nice too and none of them fails to appreciate what suits their tongue. Wish to see more videos from you people.✌
The poori can be breakfast but the rest dont seem too breakfast to me... I normally would have dosa, idly vada or even an aloo/anda paratha for breakfast
Actually i am from kerala and who the hell start the morning with chicken curry, except few occasions.Carbs are the main thing in the morning and we have appam, dosa, idli, chapatti, roti etc
Most north Indians have plain or stuffed parathas with curd, ghee, butter, or eggs in morning, the tastiest being very simple ajwain paratha with half fried or sunny side up plain eggs. .. these overcomplicated too oily curried dishes are served only in restaurants, which very few can afford to eat every day
The host should translate the names..have watched all the videos and during the Dahi Vada he don't even say that it's curd..atleast tell them the ingredients..
No one eats, these types of foods in breakfast in India, definitely some of the south Indian food like Dosa, Upma, Idli and sambhar eat by people of India.
In most places in India the regular breakfast is Bread Omelette, Veg tomato Omelette, Cereals with milk boiled eggs etc etc the regular stuff. These are rare, made only when there's time in hand... sundays! 😂
