Actually, solti is used only for boys, some use solta, but for girls only soltini. Solti means someone who you can marry. Its mostly indigenous culture, so the cousins call each other solti, soltini. But now its used for friends.

I know Ian since he first came to Nepal with risabh, choro j hos kantha bhaisakecha Nepali ma. I think he remembers first time we went to shoot for his project and the khukuri had actual blood.
