In this video I use a Forester Chainsaw Brush Cutter Blade attached to my Husqvarna 128LD to clear some brush around the property.
This tool has been a great accessory for cleaning up around the property over the last couple of years and I'd recommend you try one out if you have some vegetation that's a bit too big for your string trimmer.

Where do you get the extra shaft and gear. I got the same weedeater. I can't quite the correct one.

This is the Poulan Pro PP4000C. The amazon link I used in 2022 says they're sold out... Good luck on your search!

does this blade cut through grass very well

I haven't tried much to be honest. I liken it to a low-displacement chainsaw, which I'd assume does fine for grass.

I bought my 128LD a few days ago, didn’t come with attachments unfortunately but I got it for 100$ and pretty much new. Anyways would you have a link to the thicker attach tools you bought and the nuts etc that you used to secure the blade? I was just going to use the pole that is on my trimmers and take the head off and slap on a nut but I’m not sure if that would work
