Its one of their best on the Album. It sounds alot more like earlier (Pre-American Idiot) Green Day tracks. The Whole album is an awesome piece of work! My ranking of R.R. would go: 1. Bang Bang 2. Forever Now 3. Young Blood 4.. Still Breathing 5. Ordinary World or Revolution Radio (depending on my mood) Am seeing them at the O2 in London on Feb 8th and also at Hyde park Music Festival on July 1st... Cant wait! Both will be amazing shows for sure!!!
Billie also said on an interview that Forever Now is his favorite song to play on the RevRad tour. You can really tell by the amount of energy and rage he's showing at the end on stage!
Axorya actually read the lyrics to this song and dirty rotten bastards. I don't know how much more clear it can be. Plus they had an album recorded before American idiot and they said someone (stole) the master copy. Then they just DECIDE to record a whole new album instead of just recording the record again. I don't have any hard facts just theory's. but why would they do that? My theory is that they knew the record wasn't good and they didn't want to have their careers fizzle out so they bargained with their souls to get huge again....then they release American Idiot and get huge again. That's too much of a coincidence. I always thought it was weird but just dismissed it until I heard dirty rotten bastards and this song. I'm sorry it's just way to obvious...but I know people will hate on me for saying this but I feel people need to open their eyes to this. Mine are open now. I've been a huge GD fan since 94 so I'm not just some random troll. I'm just trying to open people's eyes to this...that's all
Javier Mateos ironically he actually screams more after 2012 It sounded really painful during the trilogy tour though I personally think he had the best voice during 21st century breakdown
@@wei-chehuang2799 Yes. Billie is a really good singer, but i think that between 2009-2011 he reached his best live performances (not saying he has not remained a great vocalist, you just cant compare!)
I think Javier was talking about hitting the guitar strings so hard. In the early 90's it looked like Billie was trying to start a chainsaw or something.
Lexi Williams I both see tangle and tango in lyrics that I search for this song. I don't know what's the right one, but I sticked to what I hear from Billie. I hear tango from him, or it's really tangle and just sounds tango the way he sing it. But it doesn't matter.
I love this song so much, and this is the first high-quality live version I've seen on RU-vid. Such a fantastic song, definitely my favourite from the record.
Post-rehab Billie Joe is so sharp and precise and just fucking awesome! I never thought he did a bad job, but his live performances since the iHeart freakout have been stellar.
the phone is in the audience where the mix is targeted for, you might not be able to tell but his voice is a lot lower in the mix in a live setting than straight off the soundboard
Does anyone know what strings BJ uses on his Gibson LPJs? They take some serious punishment normally, I have seen him play 8 or 10 tracks at a show without swapping guitars so whatever they are they are seriously strong and sound awesome! Its so rare for one to go like it did in this video.
Hey I know this is a longshot, but I was at this concert and was wondering if you'd upload this footage to google drive for me? I'm making a multi-camera edit of the full show and this would be a big help! :)
Fucking badass, doesn't give up even when his guitar is out of tune, and not bad for playing is song live for the first time. He still has it, but sometimes I wish he was a bit more energetic at live performances like in 2005 - 2012 in MY opinion.
Yeaaaah I never got to see a Green Day show, but when I watch the videos of now and of 2013, I can see a big difference...they STILL rock live from what I can tell, but they had more energy back then.
I don't understand anything after 2016 & 2017! I already went through trama & my family put me through being dateraped with a date rape drug in the summer of 2017 & the beginning of 2018 at the 6-pack & then Michael Arellano thought......Well since your raped all the time ......I might as well go out with you!😬😩😫😖& he ended up raping me & almost killing me & James Sapone says ....You can't rape the willing?.....That's what a different mike the rapist said in 2012!😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡
+Tara Keebler Why do I write all of this shit public? Cause I truely NEVER ever got one bit of justice & that's the only reason & maybe cause I hate my boyfriend who says that I made it all up? Why the fock isn't he dead from diabetes yet? little brat!😡
Tbf as much as I love green day and their music I feel like they need to replace the second guitarist, not because he's bad but because he looks too old to be performing and he just seems to bring the atmosphere down.
