That's what I thought for years, but I only went through with it and created a playlist for my hypothetical custom ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tres! album (13 songs, some 45 minutes) recently and the result is AMAZING.
canales ind no really underrated but its just the way how people to play oldschool balade rock back in the 60s kinda glad they bring the old sounds back
Beautiful. Unlike many artists today Green Day doesn't need playback, backup dancers and flashing stage effects to give a good show. They exist only their raw talent.
Probably one of the best lyrics and song ever written and performed, only Green Day could rock up a 60s alike song and add the 21 century's touch to make it really amazing
@@merlinmediagroup Sam Cooke has credits on the song, so it's not really a bad thing. It's just a really good and amazing song/reinterpretation/cover, whatever you like to call it
"Hello stranger, I'm a disaster" the very first thing that I told her when we met, and she said it was okay. After two years of relationship, she broke up when the quarantine was just starting. We shared Green Day as our favorite band, and here I'm, still thinking about her, still crying and wondering if we would met again 😞
Just the way the instruments stop & Billie says "somthing for my troubled.. *stops here* miiiinnndd" makes me tear up so much.. I love this song I really wish they'd play it more it's such a beautiful song. :,)
Tyler Howe it musically wouldn’t affect or take away from the song at all. Idk what it has to do with production lol. I just love Billie’s presence in general.
Shalit you clearly don’t know how production works but the production done on an album gives it a different sound. While the same feelings can be conveyed in album you can definitely feel more heart from a live performance. The scream works because heart was put into it. It wouldn’t have the same effect if it was thrown on an overproduced album.
Love this so much. So brilliant live. 'The eyes of temptation, the flesh and my bones' hits my heart. This is the most fabulous band, but he is one hell of a singer.
This song and this band means so much to me everytime I listen to this song it reminds me of the person I loved more than I could pit into words and she disappeared out of my life and I still haven’t gotten over her
Dude this is my favorite concert they ever did. I always watch it when I wanna see a live Green Day performance. 3 hours of pure rock and roll. Viva la Green Day✊🏻
Saw these guys in 2013. Didn't like this song before I heard it live, but they played it and my friends all embraced and we swayed back and forth. Easily the most memorable song of the night.
Yeah they tend to do slow songs after he gets too tired from the fast loud ones, plus he has asthma, but I always feel like his voice is a bit strained or tired sounding during them, as he's trying to catch his breath and I guess get his heart rate back to normal (sorry I'm watching this in 2019 and saw your comment lol)
Brutal Love Green Day Turn out the lights Close your eyes Turn up the silence The heartache of your life Dance forever Under the lights This brutal love Oh, how you want it You're begging for it But you can't have it Even if you tried It's in the clutches In my hands of This brutal love Old toys This plastic heart Loners and fools are tearing me apart Here comes trouble The uninvited This brutal love Danger Not quite at home The eyes of temptation The flesh and my bones Hello stranger I'm a disaster This brutal love Bad luck Bitters and soda Anguish and shame The modern fool Bad sex Buy me a train wreck Something for my troubled mind Bad luck Bitters and soda Anguish and shame The modern fool Bad love Kiss me I?m loaded Something for my troubled mind Drop out Drop-dead hideous How low is this brutal love Drop out Drop-dead hideous How low is this brutal love Drop out Drop-dead hideous How low is this brutal love Drop out Drop-dead hideous How low is this brutal love This brutal love
I just discovered this song today and I love it. I feel like the scream gives the song more emotion to it which I really like ngl this song made me kinda teary eyed. Someone put this on Spotify plzzz!
Loved this song from the first time I heard it. I got to see them at a secret show at the Red 7 in Austin before these albums came out and they played so many of the songs plus so many more.
So many people don’t see the pain in this song.. he’s singing about his addiction to alcohol and pills.. his Brutal Love. The album recording sounds so sweet but you look at him in this video and you see he’s hurting.. this was right after his rehab.
i was at leeds and billy sang this song and it felt like i was the only one who knew the words everyone else was just standing their.so cute when billy sang this everyone started swaying all together never forget that so touching :"D THE FUCKING HIGHLIGHT OF MY SUMMER
