Gg! Always enjoy the content! A neat tip on Ecaz: if you have the harvester works economic building in your main base your harvest rate of spice is increased by each economic building in that region. Yellow masterpieces count as two buildings for this purpose. Spam them in spice regions and profit!
Here a Tip for playing with Mesa Ecaz: Turn the village with the most adjacent sanctuarys into a Gardencity which gives Knowlege per adjacent Sanctuary and Influence for adjacent Artpieces. So for example: temporarily annex the sanctuarys, deck them fully out with artpieces, abandon village to turn it back into a Sanctuary and congratz: Your Gardencity is now powerfull Influence/Knowlege Farm! For a Artpiece-heavy Playstyle also try the other Ecaz Hero: Her passiv Ability gives all Units in her region extra Power per Artpieces in adjacent villages, turning the Artpieces into mini (upkeepfree) militarybases. Spam Artpieces and Missile batterys in the villages next to your Mainbase to prepare for the Governorship-Onslaught. Another Tip: The Tech where you spend Influnece instead of Intel for Operations allows you to Submarine the political Victory in the Midgame by spending all your Influence for some Knife-in-the-Dark Action. But beware: a bit difficult to pull off because no Spy Mastery for Ecaz...
The musketeers that say that Ecaz voice line are traditionally hunters of live game on their home planet outside of wartime. Their naturistic theme is more about tourism and profit as opposed to the fremens more holistic outlook on nature.
It makes me laugh on how your early game eco-greed gets punished almost every match, and then you come back and greed even harder in the next video - never change. Thanks for another fun vid!
I think if you wanted to min-max with Mesa, you could capture a Sanctuary, fill it with Masterpieces and then abandon it so it goes back to a Sanctuary with 5 Masterpieces... kind of like a fashionable toxic waste dump
Disagree that it's "out of character" for them to call the inhabitants of Dune savages, one of the most evil people I've known are both art h03s and hardcore enviromental people (anti-human), Ecaz somewhat fit into those.
