Really fantastic videos Ben! I’m a beginner, in fact I actually I’m more of a blacksmith than a woodworker. I am retired now after 45 years as a welder/fabricator. Now I get to spend the rest of my life make for people anything they need!

Just started using these tools and they are great quality. Your video on how to use them was very useful, despite the wind noise :)

The most straightforward video I have seen to date on forging hook tools! In the process myself of slowly getting together the things for a very basic blacksmithing setup (very incremental with family and work stuff, but chipping away here and there when I can), the goal being to make my own woodworking tools eventually - pole lathe hook tools are on the list of projects, so thank you!

Ben sounds amazing hopefully when I get good on the old whole life and try and do a bowl I’ll be after one of these tools. But it sounded amazing the noises whilst listening to this reminds me of when I was at school for metalwork classes when we used to use the Forge

I made some for my spring pole lathe but I couldn't gnt one for cleaning out the bottom of the bowl. Haven't gotten back to it as you know..... to many irons in the fire.
