Yet another series... Lot to discuss on the title 'Language of Kindness'. First episode is about 'Forgiveness'
Be kind to unkind people, they need it the most. And don't expect people to be kind, show them how. The video talk about various stages of forgiveness beginning with forgiving one's self and then others.
Forgive others not because they deserve it, but because you deserve peace. True forgiveness is a different idea, it's beyond moving on and not taking revenge.
An interesting fact : In retrospect, this turns out to be Aathi's favourite episode from the library of happiness (so far...* ☺️) Do Not miss it.

ചാനലിൽ എന്നും വന്നു നോക്കും ക്ലാസുകൾ വല്ലതും വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന്. ഓരോ ക്ലാസിനു പുറകിലും ഒരുപാട് പഠനങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമാണ് എന്നറിയാം എങ്കിലും അവസാന രണ്ട വിഡിയോകളും അടുപ്പിച്ചു വന്നപ്പോൾ പ്രതീക്ഷയേകി ഇനിയുള്ളവയും പെട്ടന്ന് വരുമെന്ന്......... പിന്നെ കാണാതാവുമ്പോൾ ചെറിയ പേടിയും ആണ്. കുഴപ്പങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാവരുതേ എന്ന ആഗ്രഹവും പ്രാർത്ഥനയും ഉണ്ട്. എന്റെ ഗുരുനാഥനായ് മാറിയ അങ്ങേക്ക് എല്ലാ വിധ നന്മകളും ഉണ്ടാവട്ടെ എന്ന് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു

chetta I have to say this , this video really open my mind, I have been going through depression since 16yr of age.. Toxic family, people bullying for my shortness of height, lack of friend.. Iam all alone in my life with no siblings or friend how I can freely talk towards.. This facts pushed me to take my decision in life which I regret this now.. Every minute of my waking hours head is in constant selftalk about the mistake I had and those people who drove me to commit such mistake.. I constantly talk bad of them in my mind which I can't tell them directly.. This video of ur really really helped me at least for 13 min .. and will make sure lesson you taught will resonate in my daily life from now on.. Thankyou so much...❤️
