Formby Village And The Beach 

American here. I traveled to Formby a few times, serving at Village Church. Such a great place

I grew up Formby, family moved to Melbourne, Australia in 85.., I was 17. Other than differant businesses occupying the shops, the village looks exactly the same. Iceland was Tesco in my time. Lots of good memories, Melbourne was a bit of a shock when we arrived here, after our tranquil life in Formby.

That walk was so peaceful through the nature reserve.

When I was a teen I ived in Formby for a year back in the 70s. Wish I had made it back for a visit, I really enjoyed my time there. Fun place to be at that age -- everything was within walking or biking distance. I could go anywhere in town or take the train to Liverpool or Southport without having to worry about rides from adults.

Thank you for giving us a pleasurable walk with you. It is peaceful and joyful place. There is new development nearby. Are they near to the Formby village? How do they look?

Dont like the fact that dogs are on the beach in wales its not aloud if your caught you can get a large fine 👎
