I have so much respect for this young woman. On the surface, she is so remarkably composed and well-spoken. More importantly, she is so courageous and honest. She knew her life would change, that it would most probably be in danger if she came forward and spoke publicly about Trump and she did it anyway. She did the right thing even at grave personal risk and that deserves a glowing place in history.

Certainly any day in any job in the public sector can consist of boring paperwork, errands, dealing with resource/budgetary constraints and even annoying coworkers/supervisors. But people do go into this line of work because the image of acting in the public interest, and achieving the public good, appeals to them. The critical element is whether they are afforded the opportunities to sustain that motivation. I can imagine that being surrounded by deceitful self-interested persons can undermine that motivation. It appears Ms. Hutchinson has held onto hers in spite of everything. Good on her.

@jeremiahferguson-sc5rq you'll find this is normal in any criminal case. If he wants to argue anything, it should be done in court. The judge will also be giving the jury very specific advice about how to treat anything they see, read or hear outside of the courthouse.

Nope. Trump will use such short periods in jail to play the victim and fund raise. If your going to put him in jail then its got to be at least 7-10 days so that its really unpleasant and he is cut of from Truth Social and the media. In fact the judge can imprison him up to 30 days for contempt for EACH violation of the gag order. If you are going to jail Trump then it has to be long and unpleasant so he really, really does not want to do it again. Short periods are just an inconvenience that he can benefit from.
