@@Net1085 well, he has been working since 2014 in Yakima, the Richland police arrested him after a 15 years old got pregnant by him (now she’s 17) he paid $200,000 dollars and got released. It’s Richland fault
It's pretty bad when an officer is that evil. Even if he's a former officer. It's sad when anyone witnesses something so horrible, but children, it's even more heartbreaking. Childhood should always be protected.
I have some questions for the Washington school system and LE in that area. This man had previously been charged w/R two times; one being the 17yr old mom of his child & the other being the mom's 16yr old friend. Media reported Mexico may have been where Elias & child were heading. Is Wa schools/LE hiring people who've entered this country illegally, because Lord knows this guy didn't start doing these atrocities in just in the past few year and if he had, there'd be some sort of record at least in America.

2014-2019 I believe he worked for Yakima PD. During that time he was a resource officer and a wrestling coach at a middle school. He groomed and then abused a 13 year old (at the time) and was never punished. He actually was awarded a restraining order against her for telling people they were having a physical relationship. The 13 year old got kicked out of school while he remained an officer there. Eventually he was moved to another school and she was brought back to school. This 13 is the 17 year old gf that was murdered and her son kidnapped. No one in Yakima did anything about this or press charges. Then he came to Richland School district. Was hired and cleared by background AND positive recommendations from Yakima SD and PD and was a sub teacher until June of 2023. The r**e in West Richland happened in February 2024. When that happened local PD recognized that the gf with a kid was under aged and they pursued charges on him for both girls. Richland SD then removed him from their roster and trespassed him from any school property in February once they found out about the charges. Benton County judge let him out on 250K bail where he was supposed to have surrendered his firearm. His ex-wife filed for custody change due to the charges and then this happened.
