Unfortunately building control wanted to see the structure, build up and that I was complying to building regs. Thankfully they’re more than happy with the build. 👍🏻
@@markw7997 unfortunately matey there are different rules for every county council. So I checked to see what I could build under permitted development. I could’ve built whatever I wanted as long as the build wasn’t over 4m high, 10m in length & depth. One of the key things was that we couldn’t have a kitchen in the build over wise I would’ve had to applied for planning.
