Here it is! The first installment of Digging In The Tapes, featuring Pro Skateboarder Forrest Kirby, Dave Caddo, 80's Joe Staley, Mike "Dango" Mancini, Paul DeOliveira, James Frankhouse and cameos from Josh Dowd and more. The Forrest Kirby trick at the end may be the most epic skateboard trick I've ever filmed. Seeing all the other almost makes, never-been-used-tricks, and behind the scenes shenanigans on this tape really brought back some memories from years gone by! This tape is from early in 2007, and FORE's pivot to fakie was during Super Bowl weekend, which was a year that Super Bowl was held in Miami.
About the show- What is Digging In The Tapes you ask? Well basically, I'm going to pick a random tape from my stash of MiniDV tapes from the VX100 days, log that tape, and then put the footage on a timeline for all to see.
