A bit like how Mariana from S3E4 was amazing at the both the Cylinders & Tube challenges, but the team was still terrible. Also, I would consider this team's codeword & the other teams' opposites. This team's codeword was ridiculously hard to solve, whereas S3E4, codeword was so easy
Worst team in the history of the show! Didn't get the password, lost 4 members due to sacrifices and didn't even step one foot into the treasure room. What a huge fail!
KT926 Agreed. The password wasn't the hardest but it wasn't the easiest, had they won the 2 other ordeals, they would have potentially gotten into the treasure room to solve the riddle.
I think the worst team was Series 3 Episode 4, mostly because their password was the easiest to guess, mind you the spelling mistakes are unforgivable too
@@Coolharry64 True but at the same time if they were quick they would've had one extra player to Sacrifice For A Extra Clue if they wanted, but overall I seriously think they were screwed over by a real tough Password compared to what Password The Previous Team had
The Password was ROYAL! The Clue Word you got was ARK as in ARK ROYAL The Clue you almost got from The Snake Pit was FAMILY as in ROYAL FAMILY And The Clues In The Tiger's Head were ASSENT as in ROYAL ASSENT EXCHANGE as in ROYAL EXCHANGE BLUE as in The Colour, ROYAL BLUE And The Answer To The Riddle was OAK, as in ROYAL OAK The Password was ROYAL! And The Team From Leeds Were A RIGHT ROYAL SHAMBLES!

Yeah maybe if Kenny had got his clue that could've helped & if they worked out FAMILY from The Snake Pit that could've helped, although I do have to say that was one of the harder passwords to me
I think I would've got rid of Nicole seeing as she didn't contribute to the team despite being one of the braver contenders in The Snake Pit, certainly a lot more braver than Alex & Amanda

I think in fairness had they recieved blue or exchange as clues first it may have been more obvious. I'm curious to know if the clues they had lost from failing the ordeals were re-used in the tigers head?

Peter Clarke Even the words assent and exchange would instantly make me say royal. They tried and made an effort but this was one of worst teams in Fort Boyard UK in all of the 4 series.
I think the Jars of Fear challenge should have been won really. That mud wrestler was hard to beat I'd say. I wouldn't have thought family instantly, loads of words end in ily. But family would have helped, Nicole did well in the snakes but she just looked in all the wrong places. Really? I didn't have a clue when I first saw it. My parents didn't have a clue either. Family would have quite a helpful word though!
They also gave a better effort than the Mouss Diouf's team and the 2Be3 team from the French 1996 & 1997 series, and Teams 6 & 13 from the Jodie Penfold era in 2003

HMS Ark Royal. It's a Royal Navy Aircraft Carrier, the first model of which was built during the second world war. Definitely one of the show's more obscure clues
