I mean we never "saved The World" which is literally the title of the game until we actually "Save The World" I WILL NOT BE SATISFIED. After all they also teased that we could go to other planets to Save other Worlds from the storm. Ray literally said in the intro to the whole game: "Oh, they're in space too, well let's deal with that later." How much more obvious do you need it to be??? Epic originally probably wanted us to Save The World and then have us go to other Planets saving other civilizations from the storm.

@@sobbingbloom7385 Just beat canny valley and the last few missions felt like a funeral even though we get to launch a new rocket to a new zone, also so sad to see the quest descriptions for Twine Peaks being the same thing every time about fighting the good fight to save the world, when in reality it is all pointless and I won't be able to save the world.

@Senritsu} {Jumpsuit I’m continuing to STAND AND FIGHT as well. Although I don’t think Epic will ever put their money down on STW to improve it. They’ve proven so time and time again. Although there’s still a small glimmer of hope, and most of us can’t quite let go of a game we’ve believed in for years.

Cuz they've been focusing on BR more than stw. BR was just an experiment and was for fun, but it's become their cash grab, and they'll continue to give it more attention since that's where they get most of their money. So long as the pump out new skins and emotes, people will continue to play the game and use mommy's credit card on the cosmetics, regardless of if epic screws around with the game more, because "at least the skins look cool" and as long as that's done, EPIC will focus on that side more. It's honestly sad. Fortnite is the real name for STW. The multi-player game mode is called battle royale. Simple as that. But it's sad to see them shift focus instead of focusing on this unique 3rd person defense game, which is still unique and awesome, but leaves one somewhat bored after they finish canny, which has remained untouched since December, really. They're supposedly working on Twine, and a new revamped storm king. With this cutscene, it seems either we'll get some new parts of a map in s11, and that Twine will finally get its update.

BR is what the higher ups care about thus making the STW devs job much harder I support their dedication to keep going

instead of taking BR's resources for creative, they took STW's. Now there is basically zero development and everybody who bought STW was scammed because we were promised a full game and we will never get one.

They only care about what makes them money. And unfortunately, not enough people care about stw

The STW reality may be free from the loop, but still being close and somewhat connected to the Zero Point, it’s bound to draw attention from external sources.

@@noalt4028 it really doesn’t. It was just an Easter egg. It makes zero sense for the battle royale to be connected to fortnite.

When the first map change occured I honestly thought that it would somehow affect stw but it didn't, they just gave us a gift because of 2 days long pause

Idk what to think of biomes after Twine, because we're still waiting for Twine. But I hope they add more zones for variety in scenarie. And I know about the spectrolite ore. :D

dragun0626 idea: We could get an expansion maybe! SAVE THE WORLD: Islands Each island is its own biome. (Tropical, Volcanic, Flooded, and Modern) Each island would have 7-8 pages of missions, and at the end you would protect a boat instead of a rocket, so you can sail to the next island.

I doubt it’ll happen. The higher-ups at Epic are too focused lucratively. If only they made STW free, it would’ve probably surged in popularity, therefore gotten more development attention.

But the game isn't over ... Yet.

zomdiax5 that’s not my point. People play br because of those 30% moments where you feel actually exited. That’s a feeling a lot of other games can’t give that consistently; like for halo it’s more like 5% of the time for me

Fortnite isn’t perfect and that’s why people stop playing for a while but whenever you wanna come back it’s constantly something new by then.
