That ain't no overbite, i have a overbite never have i had a problem closing my mouth, its literally natural you do not have an overbite maybe a really really bad overjet with a combination of it
Uhh when i try to move my tongue to move the food from left to right, my cheeks hurt even tho I just move my jaw to chew. Am I doing it wrong? Or is that normal
i got a question should i chew on both sides at the same time by separating in two the bolus or should i chew on one side first and then move it to the other side?
Chewing on both sides simultaneously is impossible and umcomfortable. What I do is I chew on the left side, really turn your food into fine mush, do proper swallowing. Then, do the same on the right. No need to transfer the same mush to other side. Just make sure to alternate left and right and don't forget the proper swallowing.
@@namenachname8571 well, forgive my mistake, what I meant by impossible is that it's impossible to chew bigger chunck of food at both sides simultaneously, it's totally possible at smaller Chuncks but not efficient
When chewing like this, is okay to go with the maxila from side to side to break down food well?!, Only forward, up and down i find it hard to turn food into mush... The key is just to have the lips relaxed and move tongue and maxila freely, correct?
One thing u can say is keep your cheeks tight while eating so the food doesn't move away and try to keep the food as close as to your teeth as possible
Your cheek should be relaxed...practise outside of social circle how much food can fit in your mouth....do the same outside...just do it..n trust d process..I'm 31 it works...for 6k surgery it can be fixed for free...things like this should be taught in school
@@moe583 Mike never said the limit was 25, he only said that 25 and under is the age where you see difference the quickest. You will still see good difference, just not as fast.
This is not correct Chewing with both jaws / sides is fight or flight our body will stay rigid Chew with one side but try not to use the chicks. Humans work one side at a time not both. Both sides will be abd for you, when eating you want to be relaxed
