I have an AMC Gremlin (AWD, stock engine) that is A class 799 and is an awesome car for online racing. It accelerates and corners pretty well, and its top speed is decent. No tuning at all, just upgraded parts

the NSX is a beast. also worth checking out the Cayman GTS. a small acceleration upgrade and it does very well for me in A races

trust me the NSX is a beast in both A and S1 class... it grips like hell, the corner speed is enormous compared to other cars you'll find in those classes...

I use a Ferrari F355 for A class. When you get the tuning just right that car is a monster in a A class.

The Audi RS4 is also an absolute beast in A class. Definitely my favourite so far.

the NSX is the best in A Class overall. The handling is great, the top speed is pretty good, and it's a _grippyboi™_

I really liked the BRZ... Admittedly i had to tune it for 2 hours cause it was unstable with the RWD drivetrain( *cough cough* it still is), but i ended up with a beast when it comes to mid to high speed races.

So i just recently came across your channel in my quest to find idea's n suggestions for cars. But i'm one of the rare few who try n play the Ranked Team Adventure.. Despite how much i hate this mode.. It's the whole "progression" thing. It kind of motivates me to keep playing, since i dont have many friends who own this game, or have people to play with... And it seems you and every other Forza youtuber i've come across.. NEVER goes over this, or car suggestions for it. (ones that work good, on and offroad for those stupid freeroam rush bullshit races) It's INCREDIBLY hard trying to find cars that work for this. But i've found a few that i enjoy, and i've tried to build them to be as All-Around as possible... (Given the races go 'circuit/sprint', free roam rush, circuit/sprint, free roam rush, circuit/sprint... I do damn good @ the circuit/sprint races. Be it Rally or Street... it's those god damn Free Roam races that piss me off! I typically try n stay on the roads as much as possible.. but obviously this isnt always the wisest decision, and your going to be forced to do some offroading quite often... So for that reason, i NEVER put race tread on my tires. I strictly go with Rally tires. So i'm not slow'd or gimp'd for the offroading parts. The suspension, varies depending upon car type. I would prefer rally suspension, but sometimes this isnt the most ideal. N so depending upon the car, i'll keep the race suspension on it, but just raise my ride height. As your going to not want a low car when offroading. And i try to do a rally type setup, w/the race suspension. But i guess enough w/the boring stuff.. Here's my 'current' list of cars i prefer to use. I try and have AT LEAST 2 go to cars for each class. A, S1, S2. One for Street/Rally, and one for the Cross Country events. I'm always experimenting w/new cars n builds.. but there always seems to be a select few cars i always tend to go back to because of how much easier it is for me to win w/them. MY GAMERTAG IS: Soli2de if anybody wants to check out my tunes. Altho.. i need to go thru my files n make sure to delete a lot of the older experimental ones. Might not be that clear as to what the best tune to go with is. (if u can see a date.. go w/the latest one) So here's my simplified list.. A - Street/Rally - Bone Shaker. I spent quite a while tweaking this car and i'm quite happy w/it. Has very minor understeer issues, which is easily compensated w/braking a lil more before turn entry. AWD, takes off like a bat outta hell. Can usually get out front quick, n if i can avoid the smashers, i'll stay there. (i recently picked up that Alfa 33c you had mentioned. [I actually played against a guy in Japan who was in this car, n it was one of the only cars i came across that flew past my bone shaker almost like i was standing still!] ... so i picked one up, n then i seen your videos mentioning it, so i knew i had to give it a try. But i have yet to play w/it or make a tune for it. Altho i'm a bit concerned when you said to keep it in RWD. I really rely on that acceleration of AWD) A - Cross Country - Bugatti Type 35C. I know this is a bit of an odd choice. Using a car from 1926 against a bunch of SUV/Trucks. But both this car and the Alfa P3 (i think the P3 is the better car overall) but they are fun to use here. They both have pretty decent ride height, for going thru water. You will get slow'd down a little, especially when hitting fences and breakable terrain. This is the biggest drawback..(that and no downforce, but @ A class, it's not so bad) But the thing is quick as hell, and light as hell compared to everybody else! That and you have shock and awe factor working for you due to the exclusivity of you pretty much being the only person most people will ever see using these cars competitively. S1 - Street/Rally - Ford Transit FE. This thing has amazing handling. Don Joewon Song said it's the best handling car for S1. Which is why i gave it a try, n i was pleasantly surprised by it! It might be lacking a bit in the top end dept, but the braking and handling is far superior to most other drivers and so you can EASILY make up for any lack of top end, w/higher corner speeds and turn enter/exit. I have SOOOOOOOOO MANY S1 cars built.. and i keep experimenting, but i keep going back to this car only because of the handling. I like feeling as tho i'm on rails. Stick like glue. S1 - Cross Country - Alfa P3. This one i dont know if i've quite perfected or not. Same thing as the Bugatti, old car, high ride height, light weight.. fast as hell. BIGGEST DRAWBACK.. especially w/it at S1, is there's no downforce to apply. So it's going to take a bit more concentration and skill to get the most of it. I recently did a build for the Maseratti Birdcage that i'm quite happy with. I MIGHT replace it here for the P3. Or i'll attempt it in place of the Transit. I would prefer to replace the P3 since the Birdcage u can put Aero on it.. n the P3 u cant. [AND NOW... FOR MY LEAST FAVORITE OF ALL......fuk'n S2 bullshit. Waste of space since 9/10 people cant control them for shit, n it's just a destruction derby..very little actual racing takes place] S2 - Street/Rally - Ferrari F40 C. I was using the Aerial Atom for a while here, but i was trying 2 pick up one of those F40 C's for a while.. n then 2 days ago i seen ur video about it, n it for sure sold me on pick'n it up n giving it a go. I've only got to test it out against other people a few times so far, but i'm happy w/the results so far. S2 i REALLY need a car like that Transit that handles like it's on rails.. But every car i've tried that i love the handling of (Radical) it just lacks big time in top end.. and S2 cars are a bit too powerful, where if you dont have some top end, u just cant really compete. I also have a Sesto, and i've been trying the TVR Sagaris FE.. it just doesnt quite have the downforce overall that i need. That or i'm just not tuning it right. I hate S2 sooooo much.. I struggle big time trying to find the right car to suit me. S2 - Cross Country - No Fuk'n Clue. THANK GOD this doesnt come up that often. Because i am at a complete loss here. Cross Country events are BY FAR my least favorite , n most difficult. (i dont know how to tune for truck/buggy suspensions, or make the best out of their gearing) I typically play on Unbeatable AI n all assists off, n damage on [except when playing online]. I feel if i can beat the AI w/these settings, my build will most likely do alright against other players..usually. But Cross Country is impossible to play w/those settings. After 1 or 2 jumps ur car's ruined.. and AI always seem 2 take the best path, and are never negatively affected by the jumps n smashes n bumps on the course like i am...

I started the game last week and in my short time, the Subaru STIs and Skylines are great all around cars. I also prefer A class cars like many others here since the anything higher is too fast to be enjoyable.

It's always the vintage race cars that turn out to be super overpowered in B and A class.

I tried the RWD tune for the 33s. I dont mean to be rude but putting rwd on it is not a good idea. You get absolutely annihilated by other drivers who will ram into you, and you ll never catch up since youre aways trying to regain speed and traction from getting rammed off

I have all these cars and tried them in various ranked races, also with your tuning settings. In my opinion this are not the best A800 cars. My personal A800 hero atm is the Mercedes A45 AMG - very good handling and speed, in snow races the Audi RS4 2006 (with snow setting ofc). Also a battle beast in A800: Fiat Abarth 131! I use it in dirt races and win alot with it. Also used my rally Abarth 131 in street races and got good results (reminder to me: get 2nd Abarth and use street race settings :P). Recently i saw many 1983 VW Golf GTI's and they seem to perform very well in A800 - need to try myself. Other cars with high potential (didnt found the perfect settings yet): - Honda NSX R 1992 - Ferrari GTO - Shelby Daytona - BMW M2 Coupe - pure handling: Mazda RX8. But top speed is way, way to slow. Cant find good settings.... Many ranked races are in this class. Need to find the perfect street race car ASAP, somewhere there is an OP sleeper ^__^ I guess we need to search more in older cars, which are for ex. class C and tune them up to class A....

If you want to try some realy nice A800 Class cars i would recommend you try the 1. Honda NSX (AWD) and 2. BMW M3 2005 (RWD) and 3. BMW M3 2008 (AWD)

I know it' an old video and that i can DL the setup from the store but can u detail the R33 build for me please ? I'd like to add the body kit to it and i tried to build it myself but ur build has more acceleration and less weight and also the breaks lock which i don't like i'd like to tune it to 90% break power.
