Forza Horizon 5 Best Settings for RTX 2060 and Higher 

These settings are what I call "The Sweet Spot" for Performance and Graphics Quality.
You can possibly even use my settings with a 1660 ti, but anything lower than that you'd have to play around and lower some settings.
Without recording, I would be at a stable 55 capped fps with GPU usage percentage at around 70%-80% which can be displayed next to fps count in-game. I record with OBS and I also have a software called Nvidia Broadcast which I use to remove the background noise that my mic would usually pick up. Nvidia Broadcast eats my GPU usage as well as OBS, causing the recording to not be the best, while also lowering my fps.
