Thanks. I figured the game's default settings were rubbish and people need to experience this game and all other racing games with a good steering wheel.
Just wanted to say thanks for the help! Unfortunate I think the t-150 doesn't adapt well to in game settings 😕. Very dope that you reached out to help people tho
I agree. The T150 needs a lot of fine tuning in both Horizon and Motorsport. I have not gone back to those games since I got a T300 to see how well it handles my settings or the default settings.
Sorry, they must of changed something in the game since I last played. I since upgraded to a T300. I might have to try FH5 again to check settings. A lot of people are commenting that these no longer work.
hello! Im Using the thrustmaster t150 but my problem is, that even the smallest curves are to hard to go through over a speed of 60mph which is not that fast for a racing game.. i always fly out of the curves and i want to know if there is any way to fix it
Taking turns in Forza is a big difference from my other racing games. I feel like you can not dive into corners with your foot on the throttle. I always have issues when I try and be aggressive into an easy banked turn. I lay off the gas a little and let the momentum take me to the apex before I accelerate.
I did not. I use my wheel non stop on this pc. Are you playing on PC or Xbox? If PC, have you used the wheel on other games in the past? If on Xbox, you might want to install new drivers through a PC and then hook back into the Xbox.
My Thrustmaster driver settings has the rotation at 450 but I've heard that Forza doesn't pay attention to most wheel settings and uses the default settings. I can't confirm but if this is the case it should push the T150 back to 900 degrees.

I have a T150, with 50 linearity it's not linear. And for some reason it also doesn't go all the way to 900 degrees even tho it's set to do that in the drivers, I don't really know what to do, none of the settings help.
@@qwikstreet the problem was that there was no soft lock setting. Also, they really need to fix the in-game steering wheel only moving 90 degrees in each direction, it trips me out every time I use first person
Is this setting good 4 the trustmaster tmx i am struggling hard i bought a sim rig two its awesome forza 5 but it hard two conntrole i am spanning out hitting stuf my car spins out so easy i dont had that with controller
It should be fine for tmx. If you are spinning out when you come out of a corner it could be too quick on the throttle. There is an accelerator dead zone option that you can increase. This basically means it takes a little longer to accelerate when you put your foot on the pedal. Or instead of the dead zone option, just be lighter with your foot on the gas when you exit a turn.
I managed to drive it. But I did not have the feeling of the road surface and decided to look for a solution. I downloaded some vjoy program with the idea that it would fix the sensitivity settings. Nothing worked and after I deleted it, my steering wheel just disappeared as a device in the game. Now he doesn't show it to me and he doesn't work in Forza. I hope if I reinstall the game it will be fine.
Now where it shows the name of the device it just stands blank and I can't set anything. As if the steering wheel is not included. In the other games everything is fine.
@@qwikstreet I hope that after reinstalling the game itself it will be fine. The problem is that the game I have is from CODEX, it is not original.Maybe this is hindering the solution of the problem. I thought I'd give it a try before I decided to buy it.
The Centering Spring basically means how quick your wheel will snap back to the middle. The higher the value the faster it will recenter itself. With the T150 its ok to go up higher because its not a powerful wheel. If you have direct drive, be careful on higher settings on this option. Simracing injuries are real.
FH5 doesn't have an option for wheel rotation which is very odd. The game looks like it takes the 900 degree rotation settings from the wheels main application. All these settings in game take the steering wheels main settings from the driver/program and tweaks it.
Sadly in today's environment, every word is a trigger word to someone. Some words are truly destined to be eliminated from society because they trigger hate and abuse. Those words surely can go but we can not stop using words like moist, bulbous, and secrete. Eventually every word can be a cringe to someone. If we cut out every word our conversations will look worse than a redacted CIA file from the Cold War. I am sorry for any one that can't handle a word that depicts improving something through minor adjustments. (Side note: It is said only 4 times.) Thanks for the constructive criticism though. I will do my best not to say an adjective 5 times in a video.
