The main problem is that some people have no intention to play fair. If you overtake they will block you by taking a stupid racing line or try to push you off the track

Nothing like making a huge effort to get an S rank rating online over a week, only to be: •rammed by a BMW M8 GT car at a corner so hard that I hit the back wall. •given a 5 and a half second penalty as a result of being involved in an “avoidable collision” and going off-track for an extended period of time. •the BMW flips upside down after it pins me to the wall because it hit me at full speed, so of course it ends up with a half second penalty, presumably only for going off-track. My rating went to from S to B on the final lap of a single race, and because I came in last, the game gave me no opportunity to report that rammer before the rewards loaded. And this isn’t even the first time this game severely penalized me for something that was absolutely out of my control either. The man who “finalized” this safety and penalty system to be in the state it’s in is nothing short of an utter spoon!

Yeah, I'm staying a mile away from multiplayer until they sort the pit manoeuvre children from the honest players properly.

The worst part about the new Forza multiplayer online is that sometimes you qualify and then wait 20 or so minutes practicing or waiting for the main race and then it just gets stuck on a loading screen and you don't even get to race. That's 30 minutes straight down the toilet. I actually really like the game but until they fix the multiplayer loading problems it's a waste of time trying to enter online races unless you don't mind every 2nd race not loading properly. I want my money back.

well the extensive tuning is a "problem" for sure... I remember (Forza Horizon 4) my Audi RS2 murdering everything in a low class because I didn´t care for tyres (AWD rules :D) and had an engine swap to a big V8 with turbo. I had to be very careful in corners (see "Liam" in this video 1:37) but the car was insanely fast so I simply destroyed everyone on the straights. If they cought up in tighter corners it wasn´t for long... I can imagine that in this new Forza MS there are some OP builds like that which handle even better :)

Forza Horizon 5 is broken too. Sometimes game randomly crash to desktop. Sometimes barn find loading forever. Sometimes seasonal event loading forever. Sometimes eventlab race loading forever. Most of time you cant take a photo while racing cause' game crash. There's always a disconnetion from server. Once my 20 mil Mercedes transformed into random all blacked out silent car, ended up selling it.

I don’t really know why I’m writing this, maybe just to see if this has happened to anyone else. I normally play forza Motorsport on a full pc setup but I decided to try it out on my laptop to see if it would run (which it did). About an hour into playing the game on my laptop however, my game crashed and when I relaunched the game, I was prestige 429 level 890. This has not gone away and this is just how it is now. I have absolutely no idea what could possibly have caused this to happen.

The crash on race start is getting VERY VERY annoying

Given that the base game is buggier than most, the only thing they could really do to save face would be to pull the game give refunds and do it over. This isn't a quality product at all. The history of games is that the more they are patched the more things they break. This won't be any different

5.5s penalty. 4.5s for firing someone into Narnia. 1.s for course cutting. I've had 0.00s penalties before so....that's a thing. I've had 0.1s penalties. I think they should just give penalties in whole second blocks though to avoid this

I am SO SICK of morons slamming into me or intentionally taking me out, only for ME to receive a 4.5 second penalty. This happens over and over. This game is filled with complete losers. The penalty system is utter nonsense. There’s also still a ton of crap that doesn’t work properly, I guess MICROSOFT doesn’t have the funds.

Good Lord these lobbies are atrocious. "Oh but racing is a contact sport" Contact doesn't mean intentionally punting people into the shadow realm.

Still no drift hud or spacers, with widebody kits and drift suspension in the game.... Big L on the update good for them for actually fixing the game we paid 80 dollars to test for them tho!

Why are forza players not capable of fair racing . I play horizon and Motorsport and I think I can count on both hands the amount of clean races I’ve been apart of . It absolutely ruins the experience for me . The only answer is to make online races with no collisions.
