The blur needs to be an option.i mean Forza has good details what is the point of your blurring it all out let us make that option in the setting.

they've been tweaking the tracks and colours for a while now, the newer ones since Brands Hatch and more colourful, but most others have got the new lightining/skies/colour grading now. There's very little blur with DLAA and motion blur off on PC at least.

Yeah true. But at the same time people keep going on about how Forza's chase cam is better, when it's the most useless and unrealistic view anyway. GT7's onboard view is customizable and then in VR it's at a completely different level that Forza cannot match. The sense of spatial awareness and being able to judge distance and corners while wearing a PSVR2 headset is incredible.

Yeah. Thankfully it's fully customizable in Forza. I found default settings too wide for chase camera, but too narrow in cockpit view. I changed them to match GT field of view and if feels better now.

Yeah Forza has a better sense of speed, it's unfortunate the game graphically lacked so much and didn't deliver what it promised

The banner is not light blue in Forza, it's just the bad lighting of the game making it look washed out

It's a common report. It's all about camera position dude! You can change it on GT as I know..

Exaggerated point, Forza literally employs fish eye view to stretch the shot to look like you're going faster. The thing is, more people would play and do play GT7, so the slow looking claim doesn't stop folks from actually enjoying the game.

You can adjust it but in fact forza camera is worst when trying to hit the apex and brake points, unless you use racing line

@@xXVibrantSnowXx , this confirms that personal opinions may be quite different sometimes. I can understand that most people were disappointed when Forza was launched because of the game not matching the trailer in quality, but that happened almost one year ago. Is that still relevant? We can look at the game as it is right now, regardless of how it was in the trailer.

You forgot that trees move in Forza too. I seen birds flying out of tree. Leaves too. A lot going on around the track

Correction: the only thing GT7 does better is some buildings and structures. Everything else looks better on Forza. And about the cars: if you will spend more time in Photomode yes, GT7 better. But when it's about racing, Forza looks and plays better. Actual racers play in 1st person from the hood, where you can clearly see the track.

The cars are the stars and GT7's cars are much more accurate than Forza's. The cars visible engines, headlight details, exhaust pipes, brake discs, paint, material textures are all more accurate in GT7, no matter which mode you view them in. I'm not saying GT7 is perfect, as Forza does do something's a lot better, but to dismiss the most important thing about these games and then forget other cars can be seen on track by the player, *when using hood-cam* as you put it, is the most incorrectly biased comment you could make, to dodge the fact the Forza is behind in that most major area of graphics.

@@cookedit iracing, Automobilista 2, Assetto Corsa Competizzione. All those games have cars less ultra detailed than GT7, but guess what? All of them are better at racing and simulation, same goes for Forza. Having ultra detailed car models is only good for replays and photomode. When you're racing, it's the racing what matters, and GT7 is not as good as the others

Yeah but Forza should've been better all the way around especially on the so called most powerful gaming console. The fact that GT7 is as good as it is and it was built on previous gen says alot about Polyphony. Let's see how things turn out if Polyphony built GT from the ground up, I bet they won't sell you lies.

Both games are recorded in 4k60 performance mode. It's as fair as it gets. Not my fault Forza Motorsport is droping frames during the replay.

Gran Turismo has this option when you pause the game, you can turn the saturation down via a slider. It's up to the player what his/her preferences are.

The forza track does look better to be fair, however the car looks insanely better on gt, oh and sense of speed looks better on fm

Gran Turismo will have better graphics but the colors are too vibrant and saturated. And all the grass is perfect shiny green, even in the piano area where the cars tear up the grass and leave the ground, it is all covered with grass. The design in Forza is better and realistic, and if you say no, look at a real Road Atlanta onboard and tell me later.

Forza put Vaseline over the entire image. Their motion blur is god awful. Looks like they pulled the shitty motion blur from older games.

@aaronsmith7143 forza isn't the one with trees reflecting the sun rays😂 That motion blur is something called sense of speed which gt7 doesn't have so I understand where you coming from

In HDR the colors in GT7 are perfect, Forza in HDR looks even more cartoonish... these videos without HDR are simply unuseful to real compare the two games

Because it's not captured in hdr. GT7 destroys Forza when it comes to HDR. Don't believe me go check out digital foundry comparison.
