A Trick was discovered. If you look it up I'm sure you'll find thr exploit that will make it so your able to download the dlc despite the Nintendo Wi-Fi discontinuation. Best of wishes!

Yo same here man. I’ve been wanting these for years. Apparently you need NWC witch is unavailable now... so you can’t get them anymore.

If you go to the fossil fighters reddit, there's a pinned post about how to still get them. 99% sure

There is a guide online somewhere that allows you to move around that, I got them in the 2019

They are DLC.
