Found some parts for my 1969 VW bus. A little salvage yard in Walton NS has an old bus that's on its way to the crusher. Let's take off what's left of the good metal and try to re use it.

If I remember correctly... it was 1968 with the long arm rear view mirror. They stoped because of the interfere with seeing out the windshield. I was rebuilding a 70's T3 squareback. 20 years ago... it was an 80$ item then. So you got a great deal on all the parts. When is M making you put cabinets in her garage...hahaha Let me know if I can look for parts. In fla.
68 makes sense, since it was the first year Bay window. I think I have enough parts to keep me going and yes 20 was a good price for the long stem mirror
