She was adorable and her hair is beautiful, she's got so much protection and love with all those big brothers lol I'm pretty sure ,if u ask her the same question 16 yrs from now her answer will be the same lol, it's just how brothers are, I'm 51yrs old and my brother is 18 months older than me and he is a ROYAL pain in my butt...but I love him we lost our mother on my 19th birthday and we never got any help ,counseling for ourselves, so I know for me, I've just let go of my resement this year and my birthday is a on the 18th of September, this month ,every year my emotions are different ..I know that I will see her again when my day comes up and its time for me to go home to our heavenly father, we have our father who gave us life with my mother...but God is everyone's ultimate father I'm trying to accept that it seems says that it takes away the fact that my BIOLOGICAL father is not my real father I'm I'm worring on that one ...sorry such a long comment thank u for doing this vidio,I appreciated it keep up the great videos!👍😁🖐☕🙏🏻🌹Thank u to all of the family members, and I'd love to give you all big hugs keep up your dreams for the future..

For the rest of us that don't have disabilities we just don't realize how good we got it in this world. Don't let people change you. Having a disability can make you harden especially as a child growing up with a disability. I'm 43 was diagnosed at 13 with bi-polar. And she is right when it's not physical it's hard. I'm also an addict, and now in a wheelchair directly because of it. i come from a very long line of addicts generation after generation. I still can't get the help because i'm an addict so i get looked at like i'm messed up. I'm a mother who used while pregnant. My son has down syndrome and he's autistic. I have a lot of guilt. They love their children and want everything that any other parent wants for their children. I'm white and I grew up poor. We live in a middle class neighborhood now and my son "STILL" does not have the services he should. i have to pay out of pocket to get him diagnosed. The school says he's autistic but I have no formal diagnosis. Keep pushing for your family.....change takes time. I know that's easier said than done. I don't see any difference then any other children, meaning they feel the same way as any other child or adult for that matter. They want love, to have a happy stabile family, they have a fears of failure and how the world sees them, they have hopes and dreams. Why is it so hard for more families to get the help they need? Some families do, but very little compared to how many are in need. Once they're adult any failure, any mistake will get looked at liken they've done something horrible and it's cause they're bad people when in reality they weren't given the help necessary for them to succeed. Then what? Jail? I'm praying for your family. I'm watching this 4 years later, all I can do is pray.

I think you are absolutely right. He is far too reserved, quiet and seemingly nervous for a kid of his age. I was the same way when I was his age. Very quiet, yet very emotional and deeply depressed, never wanted to put my burdens on other people even if it was just asking for Tylenol. For some reason when I saw Warren, the way he talked, how he looked around and just basically operated; it brought me right back to my childhood trauma. I ended up being BPD. @sergiocalcio9481

They take advantage of the empathy and kindness of one branch of people in particular and when I say they , I don’t mean the family here , I mean their larger tribe . So in the end it cuts both ways . Though I guess one could really say most of the cutting is still coming from the end of their tribe rather than vice versa . How funny would it be if the cashiers who did this were in fact many of their own larger tribe ? But then again it wouldn’t be funny , as that would only further the stereotype of B on B crime . Even though only petty crime here in that case .

Sorry to hear that, man. Both of you guys, I'm sorry to hear that. My son has ADHD and the school recognizes it, but he's also intelligent and I teach him a lot (he's only going into kinder) so while he's ahead of the curve intellectually at this point, that's an effect of many hours, days and weeks spent speaking to him, reading to him, working on concepts of numbers and adding and subtracting, working on letters and what letters make what sounds, and I didn't want him to be in special education if I could help it, and I'm glad I feel that way because he isn't intellectually delayed, so he wouldn't qualify even if I wanted him to. No one should ever invalidate you or your kids disabilities and I hope moving forward, people are able to respect the fact of some disabilities not being obvious, but still being serious in their own right.

I filmed my son seizing because he also has liver disease and I've experience doctors telling me he can't be THAT sick because he was JOYFUL. @@ThePsychosis92 again it’s a mental disability. Illnesses can be cured or treated generally and were acquired along the way, these guys were born like this. This is not depression which can come and go. Or bipolar which can be treated with life-long medication to keep it in check. There is no drug to help these guys in their disability. The language we use IS important. I hear what you’re saying but generally kids are very accepting (20+ years of teaching) and will accept other kids if they have good teachers and parents. Where kids are mean is when their parents pass on hateful attitudes. This is why as children get older they learn a lot more harmful attitudes and behaviours than when they are small. It seems these kids have been well supported in their friendship groups and at school, those who take advantage are generally ignorant adults for example in stores when they don’t give them the right change which is tragic and inexcusable. Generally speaking schools are full of children with disabilities these days and so modern children are more accepting of difference. In days gone by, disabled kids were sent to sanitariums and the general population were not so well educated in being accepting. There’s no excuse for that outdated attitude nowadays, and yet there are still plenty of ignorant and unkind people who simply do not want to be accommodating.

The most interesting moment in this video is when Warren is sitting in between the two parents and is asked two serious questions about his worldview, both of which he ultimately decides not to answer, at which point the mom steps in and says on his behalf that these kinds of questions make him emotional and thus he says nothing. If she didn't say that, I wonder how many people would've felt the same amount of sympathy. I only say this because their concerns over police abuse are very real, and society does view them in a very particular way, which is all the more reason we need to be very conscious of our own biases. These are children dealing with a legacy of racism and neglect, subjected to multiple diagnoses and disorders, all of which are compounded from the way we look at black children -- the way we are predisposed to seeing them in a very violent and negative light. Understand that these children/young men have to deal with all of it. All of our comments don't change the fact that most of those commenting would so easily dismiss them in real life, when there isn't the buffer of a host, and the internet, and who knows how many miles between us and them. The first lesson we get from this shouldn't be "Oh, wow, how amazing!", like it makes us superior people for writing something positive about this family. The first lesson should instead be, "Oh, wow, I can't believe the amount of pressure that these kids are under! The lack of funding in their community. The impact that racism has daily in their lives.". Because this world won't get better by lifting this family up with a few friendly comments. It will get better when we rip apart institutional racism, the prison industrial complex, corruption in both the educational and judicial systems. When we challenge racism at even the most subtle level, that's when they (these young men) can just be their own age. It's not a "next man" problem; It's an "us" problem. It's something we either take an active account in eliminating or we are entirely complicit in keeping it. Anything else is just lip service, IMO.
