Protecting the Church is protecting the integrity of the Gospel, and protecting the Gospel is protecting the integrity of the Church.

The last quotation in particular was powerful. Before understanding that the problems we face in this world are foremost spiritual, I was perplexed as I tried to find the source of the evil I see around me. “I see now, is the Fabians, the Skull and Bones, those who worship at Bohemian Grove!,” and then, “Or is it the communists? Yes it is the modernized communist movements of the west!,” and later, “no, it’s actually the new age spiritualists who are watering down all traditions into one so that we will all be brought under the control of one master.” I see now that it’s all of these and none, for the real enemy is the same as ever, he who unleashed these temptations and afflictions upon us. Thank God for the holy Orthodox Church for without it we would be lost.

Thank you Father for this informative video. It saddens me to see what is happening in the so called Christian churches of the West. It seems as if the deterioration of society is increasing at an alarming rate and some people who call themselves Christians are at the forefront of the deterioration. Of course I am in No place to judge because I am the chief of sinners . I am just happy that I was led by the Lord to the Orthodox Church. As much as I am unworthy, I’m trying my best to live the Orthodox way.

I do wonder, if you could touch over this, Fr, why would someone like St Paisios talk about Patriarch Bartholemew in such positive ways, and be so happy that he became the patriarch?

Please tell me. So if there is no church in my area am I damed? And which of the orthodox churches is the correct one? How would I know ? They all claim to be the one true church right?

I was Roman catholic all my life and very familiar with ecumenism, and to shorten the story I became traditional catholic and revisits the vatican 2 church bit finally came to understand that Orthodoxy is the true faith. But what does one do to become an Orthodox with what seems to be many Orthodox clergy accepting ecumenism?

Please see my comment on the video which was uploaded one day before this. I am disappointed in these men who I thought were not only willing to devote their lives to Jesus, but I believed went out of their way to take up their crosses daily and follow Him.

I have no great disagreement with you. But if you do speak the truth where is the zeal to plant Orthodox churches throughout the land? I was blessed to have been able to discover the truth of Orthodoxy. But I have to drive 60+ miles ONE WAY to the nearest church. Now what do you say if that Church were of a heretical sect? There ARE LIMITS to a person's abilities. Would one exclude the Ethiopian merely because his ancestors disagreed with my own, but yet deny the substance of the disagreement? How is St. Paul's advice applicable here ref. Romans 14 first half. Some of these limitations may well be doctrinally sound, yet nearly impossible to practice.
