Police are independently operated and controlled by whims and opinions of themselves, supervisors, judges, townships, cities, counties, and states! (Police are not educated lawyers, and many of them are without high school diplomas!)... The deputies or police attract abusive sociopaths, psychopaths, perverts, child molesters and narcissists like drugs are to an addict more than any legal profession! Police must pay financial damage from their own pockets for unlawful acts against innocent taxpayers or the policing problem can only exacerbate further hate and demise dishonoring the (For Profit) profession! QUALIFIED IMMUNITY: "Must be ABOLISHED " ...!

Just finished watching that entire IA video of then Sheriff Jared Rigby interviewing officer Lucas McTaggart. "What happened there is not a use of force." Even written within the context of a policy, for Rigby to have gone along with such a ridiculous notion as that was either covering for his buddy or else he's just a plain lunatic. "Use of force" is not presented in that policy as a neologism in need of special definition. It was a speaking to what a reasonable person would hold as use of force. Also, there's the matter of him stating conclusions to officer McTaggart despite the context of this interview being part of an IA investigation. How on earth is it possible to render a conclusion of an essential aspect of investigation that you're in the middle of by interviewing one of the chief witnesses to the event in question? I'm sure Rigby has done some fine things in life. But this is not one of them. This is pure rot.

If he went into answering the questions about booth , it goes into his integrity that’s why he didn’t answer! 😤😤😤
