Plenty of fox action in tonight’s episode. Plus which calls and callers work best.
We’ve been very busy lately ensuring the birds are all safe, as the crops come in it displaces foxes that have been living in them. As we are now in the full swing of Autumn foxes are also starting to pair up. So how can you maximise your foxing?

I have managed to shoot two rabbits with one shot using Lithgow LA102 in .223 REM and my son-in-law shot two feral pigs with one shot using a Lee Enfield .303 military rifle. We were both surprised! Patients and being in the right place is what it takes. Great video with useful information and entertainment.

Aussi Fox caller using a Silver fox caller whistle was calling in foxes by his feet in the daylight. One fox was so pissed off it was out foxed it jumped up & bounced off the mans chest. Good vid.

The foxes? They eat a lot of pheasants and other small critters. If they aren’t kept in check, the foxes will kill off many small game species and birds.

Cracking video. Just got myself a Pulsar thermal and really looking forward to testing it out... going to have to wait a few days though I'm afraid. I reckon it's actually going to help me secure new permissions, as I'm going to be able to film clips of multiple rabbits wrecking crops, likewise foxes coming in across fields etc. show them to the land owner then offer to clear them up. Also looking forward to finding those fallen woodies and greys when they drop into the undergrowth👍

We went out last night me and Rick. I shot 4 but we saw 8 foxes. Simply wouldn’t have seen half of them without it. When people say it’s a game changer it really is.

@@TeamFoxer lol... I'm away with the missus this weekend, and what does DHL deliver just as I'm leaving!!! It's as if it was done just to torment me. My new thermal is now sat in a box waiting to be opened when I return. I missed a fox last week simply because by the time I saw it coming in it was too late... the thermal would have given me loads more warning. No going back once you have one I reckon, it's just a case of being able to afford it in the first place!

Tie a lanyard around the roof rack and attach to caller. That way if u forget. It’s not gonna fall off. It will be tethered.

Luckily I’d stocked up of ammo fairly well prior to loosing my job so I’ve got the best part of a years worth. I hope you manage to get yourself an air rifle, and something to use it on. Nice video. One question. Does mating season for foxes in England realy starts in november? Here in central Europe they would normally start in January and finish in February. All the best from Slovenia.

I was looking at your utube video on fox calls. Just wondering is the "120 vixen in heat call" on your caller the same as the "109 RG Red Fox F call" on my caller. I bought a gc500 caller off you and I don't see the "120 vixen in heat call" on it.

Question: Because the Fox does not appear to be on the endangered species list in your country are their furs used for clothing accessories in England? Most of the foxes have come into the cities and there are plenty of them . Nobody wears fox fur in England or at least I've never seen anyone.

There is no fur trade really anymore. You can sell the tails once treated etc. But they only fetch £20/£35

19:22 and 21:37 - Did those Foxes shit themselves when shot ? is this common when shooting these? Robin, would it be acceptable to use a Creedmoor 6.5 round for shooting foxes as I would like to get a long range rifle for target and hunting and thought it may also be suitable for fox hunting ?
