I feel the SAME way about not feeling full and resting!!!! Anxiety always makes me more hungry, and when I'm running on low energy I crave all food! The best is to take care of our bodies because in the end it's about quality of life and when we are already running on low it doesnt make sense to keep charging on!! Rest is key. Hi Sarah. Hope all is well and you got to catch up on some sleep. As a mum I totally get how precious sleep and me time become. For me when my little one slept through the night it was like jackpot. Ofcourse everyones diff. Now how adorable is Fox. His first commando crawl. So cute. Also funny how mentally things change. Where there's a point in my life that I'd never skip a day of gym. Wasn't even something negotiable. Now as a mum I listen to my body so much more and have children as priority and treasure sleep so much that a day off doesnt xause me the guilt it use to. I did the same thing with my sons since they were babies, at 5 years old they could stand on a chair and of course with mom watching they could make an egg. They are all teens; 19, 16, and 14 and they will cook with me, cook for themselves, and the best part cook for me. Your doing great !

That thinning is called post partum hair loss. It's from putting your hair up tight during the phase of post partum where chemicals are trying to regulate your hair growth. Those chemicals put your hair follicles to sleep while pregnant, then they awaken after and fallout typically happens a bit. Then baby hairs grow back in. But tying it back puts extra pull on the hair at the temples ans hairline, which makes that hair fall out. You can part it in the middle and use that front hair to cover tge thin patches while it grows back. That's what I had to do when I had my daughter 2 years ago.

If one person reads this comment, and benefits from it, I will be happy. So back in 2017, I bought the Vanity Planet spin brush because Sarah raved about it. I bought the brush because I suffered from minimal acne, and I just liked the idea of having super clean skin. THEN, in early 2019, my skin exploded into horrific acne. It was the painful cystic kind. I kept telling myself it would get better, but it never did. It was honestly pretty depressing - not only did it look terrible, but it hurt. About 3 months ago, the worst season of my life began when my Mom had a heart attack. I couldn't deal, so I moped around, and quit doing the things I normally would do... LIKE using my Vanity Planet Spin brush. Well, it appears one good thing came out of my Mom's health crisis: my skin cleared up like gold. After I made this connection, I read that spin brushes can actually push bacteria, oil, makeup, etc. deeper into the pores and cause breakouts. They say you can and you should clean your brush after each use, but I have abandoned it all together. I just use natural cleanser on my finger tips. You couldn't even tell I had an acne problem now. Soooo, if you are not seeing an improvement with the Vanity Planet brush, or your acne has gotten worse, ditch it sisters. And every brush like it.

Fox grabbing your hair reminded me of when my brother was a baby and he would do the same and start laughing. I never figured babies had such a strong grip till he did that to me.
