Can you make a Tutorial for Aiming in different situations? For example, is it possible to hit an enemy in the trench when you're also in a trench(not the same of course)?

So, I added 5 of 4 garrison upgrades (4 bunks and 1 locker) but it only read 3 of 4. I removed a bunk to replace it with a locker but then after removal is read 5 of 4 even though it was only 4.

Were do you find the crane and bring it up to the front line?

How do connect trenches to bunker pieces so you can walk into the bunker piece from the trench? I dont think ive ever seen that done.

Can you only upgrade if you re connected to a supply source ? as trying but i get no option when i am in the digger to upgrade

Experienced builder here: DON'T DO THIS. This is near BARE MINIMUM for what a bunker needs to function, and isn't tactically viable. This is what I like to call a 'chocolate bar', because it is easy for the enemy to devour. It has no place to put in appropriate howitzer garrisons, which means it is completely vulnerable to a core snipe via artillery. Moreover, the enemy can spawn kill people if the core itself has no rifle garrisons. At bare minimum, you need full howitzer coverage. Preferably, I make a 12 piece bunker 'slingshot' design, which has three rifle garrisons on the ends of a 'Y' shape, and three howitzer garrisons that form the center, including a 'pocket' located between the arms. The core is on the 'handle' of the design. This gives the core full rifle garrison and howitzer coverage. I do see in the second video that you put a rifle garrison on the bunker base core itself, but it barely helps since it is both blocked by sandbags, and the core piece itself. Once the outer defenses are gone on that side, the enemy can run right up to the core and grenade it to death with impunity. There's even a trench for them to jump inside once that 1-by-3 bunker section goes down, making the freestanding rifle garrison in front of the base unable to shoot them.

How to active the flag of base, for bunded element defense with automatic fire ?

Isn't there a way to make the bunker connect to the trench? You know like a door?

Your kind of misleading when you talk about bunker integrity. You don't want huge connected bunker pieces at tier 1 or tier 2 but concrete doesn't matter. multiple connected pieces might have a lower integrity than a single piece but they will have far more hitpoints and take more damage to destroy.
