Hi I’m here again at the end of the month to fulfill my need to sing Neru. Not one of his more popular songs I know but then again you all are probably used to me singing the more obscure songs. I’m actually kind of surprised this isn’t a more popular song- it’s by far my favorite Neru song using Len, there’s so much emotion and beauty to be found within the chords and rhythm. I knew I wanted to belt this out from the moment I first heard the song, and it’s probably my second favorite off of My Name is Love Song (my favorite being Datsugoku, of course). I know everyone calls this guy FPS because we don’t really know what else to call him, and I remember when I watched Datsugoku at first I was like ‘is this that guy from FPS but in color’? Obviously, I was wrong. He and Kawasemi have two totally different outlooks on hopes, dreams and friendship. The only FPS Kawasemi probably knows is ‘Fly Planes, Son’ (If you didn’t know already I’m a ultra obsessed Neru fan who cares too much about all of his characters). Jokes aside, I always get real emotional at how despondent the lyrics and chords of this song are.
I’ll try to be more active next month now that finals are over- we’ll see! I spent a lot of this month writing lyrics, actually (you can see what I accomplished on my lyrics blog). Thanks as always for your support.
