The original Fractionation video I did is 5 years old now! It's still my most popular video! So, I thought you would enjoy this super updated version! Leave me a comment and give me some feedback! :)
This was so cool. I am usually very hard to hypnotize cause my mind never shuts up but the more i came up and down and got more relaxed (first time for me) my mind became quieter. Every wake up my chin was lower to the point my whole head was bend and i was surprised my headphones didn't fall off.
Just wanted to say I enjoyed that very much. I was very uneasy before you started and I left a rather bright light on but as you progressed I relaxed a great deal and my heart beat slowed and softened considerably, also the bright light faded away so I didn't notice it any more. So many thanks, it has left me very calm and relaxed for the rest of the evening.
Dipti, you are and have been an absolutely fantastic and priceless asset for me, and I thought your use of technique in this video was great! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and your energy!
Really fascinating. Being curious and open to new experiences, I've tried some other fractionation-youtube-videos beforehand. Dipti knows best how to explain and how to let you explore yourself! Wonderful!
Wow you are so amazing every time I wake up I look deep into your eyes and I am just locked on them and tell you say close and all I can do is drop deeper into trance focusing on your voice
i was imagining laying on the soft tall grass in the nice warm sun and my body was starting to heat up because when i was there laying down. Also is a weighted head normal. ps thank you
@@Thijswouw2000 - Give me a good and proper description of what is (or what isn't) happening for you, and I'll make you a video to give you some suggestions! Sound good?
@@Thijswouw2000 - Aaahhh... This doesn't mean it's not working! Hypnosis is not like being knocked unconscious! It's OK to hear everything! Do it again and focus your whole attention on your relaxation - keep deepening the relaxation and remember you need to hear the suggestions... That's how they go in! If you go to a hypnotherapist in real life, you may drift in and out of trance - but keep doing it, and it will happen. Relax, focus on relaxing... Let me know how you get on!
