This video follows us through days 3-5 of this frame, as we finish off the walls and begin standing up the trusses
This will be a 3 part series, with this video showing the walls going up, the next video being the trusses and the final part will be us framing the rafters that go inbetween the steel beams in the middle of this job.

Mitchy is a good apprentice i rekn, after watching all ur vids each week seeing him improve, ask questions etc, thats what we want our young fellas to do ! he will make a ripper tradie soon enough!

I really want to work in this kind of atmosphere with skilled tradesmen. Basically, yelling, swearing, and cursing are part of my everyday life. I'm doubting if I want to keep staying in the trade or not

If you ever come to the uk, let me take you on a building site down here and show you a view tips on saddle trusses. We call them valley sets but will be good content for your youtube.

@ 0:40 that's some skill using both hands to hammer the plate on. I'm left handed and sometimes have to use my right hand to hammer too.

I wouldn’t worry about planning 1mm, the glue on the studs before the plasterboard goes on picks that up. That’s why the gyprockers let it skin before screwing a sheet.

You'll see it on the sqaure set. They don't glue the top plates
