That is a crazy awesome time lapse. Very cool to see an overview of the process, especially the steps in sequence. Thank you...

Very cool. If I might ask, how long did it actually take?

It took about 2 weeks. Framing is fast, it's everything else that's slow.

Amazing and love all your videos. Question is why are the walls not on a thermal break of the 1 inch insulation? I though no wood should be touching the trailer. Thanks! Just getting ready to start my build! I hope, Covid19 might push things back.

Thanks! Everything else has thermal breaks but I really want to see solid contact at the point where the house is actually anchored to the trailer.

Is that the way I should? Do others use tape or insulation?

@@actuallytiny2537 I thought Matt Reisinger used a very thin sheet of insulating material of some sort held down with a type of insulating calk sandwiched between the sill plate and the footer of his houses that he built. Why wouldn't the sill plate rot out afterwards from condensation otherwise?

May I ask what you did around the flanges of wheel well of the iron eagle trailer, I am unsure if I would have the plywood go behind rather than over the flanges. Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

We decided to go over but I routed the backside of the plywood so it doesn't bulge out.

@@actuallytiny2537 Thank you, was just really curious, and if I built my own I'd rather do it right the first time so it lasts longer
